Maiden flight of Xfly Eagle Wing today. This thing is a hoot, very easy to launch and fly but there are definitely some things to know in order to succeed and even then it can be touchy. I am looking for best solution so will fly it and experiment with different settings more.
As others have pointed out, CG is critical, place battery fully forward. Launch in "locked mode" is super easy and she climbs out just like a bird with AS3X would no problem. Once airborne I switch to simple stabilization with no self-leveling bank limits. It's a joy to fly but I really had to cut down the rates and use a lot more expo than normal, then she's great.
The only problem I encountered was landing. Other reviewers have had the same issue, where it is right near the deck about to land and the pilot blips the throttle to adjust touch down point she immediately goes out of control. Did this to me too so I will avoid touching the left stick once I have committed to land until I figure a better technique.
BTW I love the noises the twin sister duet of fans makes!!

Fun times! That's a nice flying wing. I actually laughed a little when I saw the yellow jet. That reinforced to me exactly why it's a good idea to bring more than one if you got 'em, especially since I didn't see the first aircraft after the yellow. Suggested lesson learned, again.

The wing was actually flyable after that interesting landing attempt, it's quite durable as can be seen in others videos as most folks crash this bird multiple times first flights lol. Actually did 3 crappy semi-crash landings that day and she still was flyable after I ran out of batteries. Yes always bring more than one if you got the planes and the time! Though sometimes if it's a real crash I will just take it as a sign and go home tail between my legs without flying anything else!
If you land with the gyro off , then there is no thrust differential makes it easier to land.
