Decent vehicle, however, there are much better options. I personally would swing for the T6.

@@DMCarReviews XC60's with OS Android Automotive don't have this option anymore. I have bought (I am from Europe) a new My2024 B5 Petrol AWD Plus Dark and asked about that so it turned out that is imposible to off this in official way. I know there is a way of doing it by software programmable way but you definetelly loose guarantee. So I have got one for 5 years and have to wait until it finish. I am only afraid who will pay bill if turbo will break due to lack oil colling after engine stooped working. Maybe adding update in the shape of Polstar Engineering will help significantly reduce amount of turning off engines every single 2-5 seconds temporary stop..
I'm thinking of financing a Volvo, how reliable are they in the long run?

savagegeese , good automotive channel on YT. the guy can tell you how good long term reliability of model Volvos is.he owned xc90. check any reliability stats and you will never see volvo at the top, unless you flip the page upside down.
What is a problem to show trunk?

Pretty much.
How many miles did you put on in those 2 1/2 years that you had to replace the brakes four times? Four times is outrageous, and frankly speaks more to a design flaw than anything else.

Hi! We have a 2020 with 38K miles. We had them replaced at 9,000, 17,000, 28,000, and 37,000 miles. Just the way it is. I have noticed fast rotor fade and wear on virtually all Volvo's. They have very soft rotors. I have driven almost 40,000 miles on my BMW, and the rotors feel like they did on day one when I picked her up from the dealership. What's more surprising is that they feel like brand new, despite a much more active driving style.

@@cpg8000 I don't know how this may be on different models during longer ownership, but it may be something to be watchful of. It's all covered under the warranty so it was never an issue.

@@DMCarReviews it seems to be an occurrence across many of their vehicles, all the way up to the XC 90. It’s great that it’s covered under warranty, as these are wearable items, but I suppose Volvo is acknowledging that they’re just not up to reasonable standards of durability. I give him credit for that, as it seems many manufactures just don’t care these days.
I would sell my kidney and left thumb for this car

Don't do that :)
Here in Europe you would have lost your driving license driving like this... You are only allowed to overtake to the left, not zig and zag to the left and right. Imagine if people drove like this on German Autobahn... Oh, dear Lord... LOL

North Americans are stupid drivers, I put up with so much shit on the roads its not even funny anymore
I have watched many people review this vehicle, and this one is hands down the worst and least informative. Motormouth, Redline Review......and so many more are the guys you want to subscribe to if you want to learn anything about a car. Whoever reviewed this really needs to pay attention to other car reviewers to get so tips to help him
@DMCarReviews

Instead of being negatively vague, maybe you could do me a favor and actually say where I was unspecific or what I do not know about the car? Being a previous owner of a Volvo myself, I sure know more than the Redline review guy, who repeats the same lines for every car which the manufacturers give him.

@@DMCarReviews Personally, I like your style more than theirs. You go over actual spots that I care about. All they do is go over specs of the car and numbers which you can find on google for that. You're actually talking from experience and points that aren't talked about by most.
It needs 20” wheels or lowered just an inch. I’m gonna pick one up for 41k OTD with only 8k miles.

PLUS is third trim from bottom (second from top) for My2024 Essential -> Core -> Plus -> Ultimate, moreover if you want to have real AWD with petrol engine (only B5 - rest are e-AWD in T6, T8) you have to pick PLUS as a minimum. Below this trim B5 petrol is not available. You can have AWD with lower trim but you are then cursed with stork clack if you like it - diesel engine.
