2023 Toyota Venza - The Better RAV4 Hybrid

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

I don't think the Toyota Venza gets enough credit for how good they are. I'd be willing to bet there's a ton of people that aren't even aware of what this car is. if I was buying a new Toyota SUV I personally have this over a RAV4 hybrid or the Toyota Crown. What do you think? Let me know in the comments section.

Bryan I found your channel when I watched your video on the RAV 4 hybrid in Lunar Rock. I am a new subscriber! I am a 5 time Camry owner! I have followed Toyota Jeff (Jeff Teague) from Raleigh (Fred Anderson Toyota). Thank you for sharing this with us! Mark in Iowa.

We just bought a 22 Venza XLE in coastal grey. It already had softex seats, memory drivers seat, power telescoping steering wheel, etc. even in this trim. We really like it. It was more loaded than the RAV 4 XLE we were going to get, and looks like a Lexus in my opinion. It had about 36,000 miles on it. We were able to get it for approx $32,500 out the door. We are consistently getting 40+ mpg. I was disappointed to hear that the Crown Signia will be taking its place.

I am looking at the RAV4 hybrid Woodland. Waiting the next Gen 2025 with all the talk about the revamp on the RAV4 design before I trade in my Camry Hybrid Le. Great car, but for serious ice and snow it’s just not great for that. Also; the area of dips and bumps doing damage to the front end is also very frustrating. My Camry Hybrid runs great and performance and reliability it’s my best vehicle ever. If it wasn’t for all the weather we get around Lake Tahoe and surrounding area and didn’t worry about the front end damage concerns. I’d keep the car. 😢

The biggest problem with the Venza, for me, is the lack of opening "moonroof" and/or panoramic moonroof. The other big problem is the lack of availability.

Hello Bryan, Are you aware the Venza will be REPLACED with the new Crown Signia CUV next summer? I would like to see both remain in this market because I fervently believe that customers ought to be able to buy ANY Toyota product that meets our regulatory requirements. If forced to choose between the Signia and Venza, I would have to say the Signia. 🤩

I fear for the prices of the Signia...check out pricing of the Crowns now. Unless they keep the same pricing structure of the Venzas, expect a $5-10k more vehicle...

@@AskforBryan Hopefully the Signia XLE is priced in line with a top spec Venza.

Hi Bryan, I'm about 1 1/2 hours away from your dealership here on Lexington NC. I've been ready to purchase a new Corolla Cross (L or LE depending on the deal) for the past year. Struggling to find anyone willing to make a fair deal and not add on all these packages I don't want. Can you help me?

48K sticker price, that's why most people disregard it, i had no problem finding Venza on the Toyota website. That's entry level Lexus pricing.

If you think this is bad, wait for the Crown Signia pricing.

Please comment on the noise level and if it beats the noise levels of the RAV4...I have three RAV4s, and noise is the big problem for me. So loud as compared to my Pilot Touring...

Greatly prefer the Venza to the RAV4, but I am clearly in the minority on that one. Venza looks better inside and out, is quieter, rides better, and has considerably better interior trim materials and seats. These are people and grocery haulers, not offroaders. Lack of a volume knob takes about 5 seconds to get used to, and there are volume controls on the steering wheel for goodness' sake. If the difference in cargo capacity is an issue, then you may need a bigger car than either of these.

I didn’t like the screen/gloss black weird buttons. and no volume knob…the LE would be fine but I wanted parking sensors as well and the le doesn’t have that. I can get a rav4 limited and it has what I want… glad I didn’t buy it because it’s going away.

There is nothing bad about Venza being discontinued. It doesn't affect its value and there is no deflects in this model whatsoever.
