Nice review. you could have emphasized that mux tailgait is not just a plastic, but its polypropelene, it is very durable just like metal but it is more lighter.

It's not a "tailgate" it's a liftgate. Tailgates are on trucks, liftgates go up hence the "lift" part

May issue pa ba ang Terra ngyn about yung sa steering linkage nya na maluwag ang bushing/mount nya?

you said that you will test the manual mode of the terra but it seems you forgot. will the manual mode improve the fuel consumption while driving in the city since you can shift to a higher gear earlier?

I like both but Terra seems so much better. Atleast for me.

Why is it that I feel that this is leaning towards Tera? Isuzu was tested by a lot of people and most said it has quiet engine. It should be tested while you are inside not while the hood is open. Note that this is a 7 seater SUV so the comfort on the 3rd row should be emphasized. With Tera I believe you will almost be on an indian sitting position. The tailgate wasn’t emphasized well too. MUX has the sensor that it opens automatically for you and it also has the light assisst (forgot what is called) where the headlight shuts down after few seconds. Don’t get me wrong these are just my observation with this review. I like Tera over MUX but I know that there were a lot of things that MUX got that Tera lacks.

Follow me home light po tawag dun sir kapag nag off ka ng ignition sa MUX. Nifty tech sya incase na gagarahe ka ng walang tao sa bahay nyo at yung switch ng ilaw eh nasa loob pa ng bahay😅

They also didn't mention that the mu-x has more useful utility features. Like telescopic steering, dashboard cupholders, extra glove compartment, brake autohold, driver ingress handle and vented discs for all variants in the lineup. The middle passenger in the second row gets a headrest too unlike in the terra.

Sir you are checking the noise level of the engine whilst you are talking. The volume of your voice has higher decibel than the engine as it is running.

We bought a Nissan Terra VL 4X4 after we had thoroughly tested all of the mid-sized SUV's. It was the biggest and smoothest. The Everest just came out so I wasn't paying double the DP for a Ford.

What an unexpected comparo but Nissan Terra wins for me because of its comfortable ride and thar Bose speakers (i wish you guys have done a test on that 🥺) anyway im glad you never listen to one of those comments on the last vid i actually think you'll improve more and just a suggestion in every comparo can the host pick whatever car is the best in his opinion or point of view. Thanks 💯

nah, Terra no adaptive cruise control, no power liftgate, very important features for a car in this segment, and it has very low 3rd row seats you need to squat

Terra for me. why? mas gwapo, comfort tska aircon. marelease na terra sport 4x2 galaxy black ko this Thursday. the manual tailgate doesn't matter to me. Less things to break. Tska may kamay naman ako. Sa third row for kids lng tlg for safety rin. maingay bahagya makina i think because sa lakas ng aircon. tsaka Meron pala ko Almera kaya medyo bias din sa nissan. haha

just an observation why compare when you cannot give us your opinion which to buy at the very least is based on your test drive, features etc. which one will you choose or buy

did they intentionally remove adaptive cruise control and power liftgate from the Terra?

Parang trademark na talaga siguro ng Nissan na mababa ang mga upuan. We have an old Frontier, kahit yung 2nd row nya nakakangawit upuan. What more sa 3rd row ng Terra, kahit bata pa siguro umupo dyan magsa.suffer.

The terra has more family-oriented features for a lesser price but the engine and tranny is not as optimized and refined as the mu-x. It also doesn't have a driver side ingress handle, extra glove compartment, telescopic steering for finding perfect driving conditions and no autohold feature on brakes. The facelift lost its dashboard cupholders as well. And if you get the el and ve trims, they still have drum brakes. Why weren't they brought up in this vid? Also a bit bothering is the fact that it comes on smaller tires and pcd114 wheels. The mu-x has a more elegant styling inside and out, since it's now inspired by mazda. The interior actually looks more modern to the eyes, just that they could have had more soft leather or better choice of materials. Some wood trims and dark brown leather would probably give it an executive feel as opposed to standard black ones. But the main caveat is the premium pricing and isuzu isn't generous in giving huge discounts because supply is still an issue rn. That's why it isn't quite common yet until now. Anyway, i wonder which of the two is more stable on corners or hilly areas like baguio. But some reviewers said the mu-x has better handling between the two.

I bought a terra sport 4x2 because: Ride is smooth, hindi matagtag Malakas ang ac Entertainment system esp for kids Premium anti gravity seats Not to mention better looks, astig! Cons: 3rd row seats parang nakasquat for adults, pero ok lng sa kids Not power tailgate plans to install after sales worth 26k Mataas na loading height Walang autohold pero ok lng na wala 220v socket pero may nabibili naman for less than 1k
