This was a very eye opening lecture and the power of women in Islam demystifying the oppressed version. Very nice!

The Iman (Sheik) made a good point about not teaching little girls to put on little skirts and dance. I remember some years ago, on KZread. This little girl about two or three at the time had on makeup and jewelry, short skirt and a tube top dancing and shaking. The adults were smiling and encouraging her to continue. It was not cute. Some of the men in the audience was not looking at this innocent child in a nice way. I and other reported the footage.

May Allah reward you abundantly and may this lecture benefit the Muslim women of this Ummah

Thank you for this beautiful khutba. Why are all the islamic scollars turning a blind eye to what taliban are doing to women. 😩 they are oppressed greatly. They are not accepted as humans from the way I see it. Please help these afghan women and girls get the rights God gave them. My heart bleads for them.

It's the parents'job to discipline their children without abuse. The reason children misbehave is because they are being abused by their parents. No one has a right to oppress us not even our parents. There are too many parents abusing their children and causing a trauma that is stuck with them for the rest of their lives. That is not Islam and that is hated by Allah.

First of all when you are doing research it's important to know why,what,how,etc of it. For example I haven't seen 2 and a half men series. But it's a comedy show it means it's not a portrayal of an ideal family just like a modern family series and khichdi series. It's there only to teach you things in the funny way without being offensive to you so that you don't kill them. Just like stand up comedians do. They taught you many things while you were busy in laughing on their jokes. Mostly American comedy series are full of sarcasm. So it's not the right way but it's also an effective way for communication. 2nd thing is you are doing research not to judge them. Not to see how these people are living and still calling themselves civilized society. You are doing research to understand their way of communication. So that you can make a communication with them. Imagine if any prophet pbuh ever thought and judged a society from a far was it possible for him to communicate with those people, with that society? Everytime when a prophet was sent to a society that society was already on their way to hellfire. But they understand people before so that they could make that society understand the message after Our prophet Muhammad peace be upon him didn't gave us a society otherwise he didn't sent people away in every direction of this world. He gave us a clean and clear mind and heart. He cleansed our soul. And he taught us this deen hoping that what he did to us we will do the same with our brothers wherever we are. Society was always been this much corrupt for every nation and for every prophet. 1400 yrs ago when our last prophet Muhammad peace be upon him came to madina or born to Mecca we all know what kind of society it was back then. It's not our job to make a society,it's our job to cleanse the heart, mind and soul of people who live in the society. As a part of research you should also watch ads and commercials. It will help you to understand how to communicate with certain people. It will going to expand your vision of communication. And it will add more and more humour to your personality which is very important essence of a public speaker I can't dance but I do know many things about dance 😂😂😂 I have 30 yrs of experience for watching dance. But I have zero experience of learning it 😂😂😂 Not a single dance class 😂😂😂 Ads and commercials will teach you how far marketing and advertising can go to make people buy stuff. 💐💐💐💐 And how easily 💐💐💐💐 I hope I am helping you a little with my little knowledge. Today is the society where men are actually more covered then woman. Business suits, party/wedding suits, day-to-day living suits, doctor clothes student clothes and everything else, you'll notice of how woman are slowly slowly becoming nothing more then 'attractions' with their clothes becoming shorter and shorter. It baffles me since you're giving men complete, fully covered clothes and yet you're giving woman the clothes which are shame to the word itself and you know what's even more baffling, it's those woman wearing such clothes who actually defend these statements when compared to the ones who made such clothing We can see just from that of how they're being brainwashed through many things to act and become like slaves of men like the distant past without even realizing it

The story about Umar Ibn Al Khattab is totally fabricated. To explain it logically: Umar Ibn Al Khattab's first daughter, our mother, Hafsa was born 5 years pre-Islam. There's absolutely no record of Umar Ibn Al Khattab saying that according to a Yasir Qadhi lecture I saw. And this story has gotten popular only in the last 100 years. And the evidence of Umar Ibn Al Khattab not doing it to Hafsa and considering his personality of having grievance with Islam that it was breaking the unity of the community before he reverted, also his immediate reaction in the incident of reverting to Islam when he hit his sister in anger then immediately regretting his action goes on to prove that doing this act was simply impossible for him.

If he were to kill his daughter in a time of ignorance, then why he would care about her marriage in Islam. You can forbid someone from killing his daughter. But, how can you force him to love her and care about her?

DAILY DHIKR TO REMEMBER ALLAH (SWT) SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme) Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One." [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:67, Sahih Muslim, #4:2071] 2. Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] Abu Dharr reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Shall I tell you the words that Allah loves the most?" I said: "Yes, tell me, O Messenger of Allah." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The words dearest to Allah are: subhanAllah wa bihamdihi”. [ Muslim and at-Tirmidhi.] 3. La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah) [the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari #11:213, Sahih Muslim #4:2076] 4.SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest) The above are mentioned as the four most beloved words to Allah. It does not matter with which one of them is begun.[Sahih Muslim; #3:1685] Abu Sa`id (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Perform the enduring goods deeds (al-baaqiyaat al-SaliHaat) more frequently." They asked, "What are these enduring good deeds?" The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) replied: Takbir [Allahu Akbar], Tahlil [la ilaha illallah], Tasbih [Subhan'Allah], alhamdulillah, and la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. 2

Yes, there are no female prophets in the history of all religions. However, females were mothers of prophets and had the most important part in raising them as role models for society in terms of their honesty and integrity. It were mothers who taught them all the skills of life based on spirituality of the time. Why did God not choose female prophets? One can ask God about it. We could only understand that God granted a higher status of motherhood of prophets. If one looks at the life histories of prophets, it is clear that the responsibilities of delivering the message, leading the believers in trials and tribulations, and handling other matters would have been hard for females especially when they have the responsibility of raising the families. It is interesting to note that the knowledge given to prophet Muhammad(sa) was transmitted mostly through females, his wives because they were the closest observant of his character and life. AGAIN this is NOT MY ANSWER :)))

There were no female prophets The ijma3 is clear on this topic But there were two females that were very very highly respected One the wife of pharao asya And second and foremost maryam (mary) mother of jesus We dont say her name without saying peace be upon her

As a spartan I disagree , women in my lineage have always been respected and even fought in wars and educated with men,rome has nothing to do with europes culture ...The victory of the arabs over mahomet for example, who eventually established a larger empire than romans could even imagine,Had thier women fight like men and they even conquered roman men,they conquered asia africa,spain on barley and water...

Allah knows everything. Allah has given some people like prophet Muhammad SAW knowledge of the future but he is also limited

However, my understanding from the Quran is that no one knows the future except Allah, and also (if I am correct), Allah tells the prophet in the Quran that tells them that "if I know the future, or unseen, I would have benefited a lot". I am just judging by the Quran, and please excuse me if I am making a mistake. The Quran is very clear that only Allah knows the future and no one else. I quote the following form the Quran: [Quran 7:188 ] Say (O Muhammed), "I have no power to benefit myself, or harm myself. Only what God wills happen to me. If I KNEW THE FUTURE, I would have increased my wealth, and no harm would have afflicted me. I am no more than a warner, and a bearer of good news for those who believe." @@alhazenmediax You’re right. Only Allah knows the future for everything. Those verses confirm that the Prophet Muhammad has no knowledge of the future and that if he did, he could’ve gained a lot of world treasures but only Allah knows the future.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته please brother/sister don't say the Prophet PBUH didn't do something if u aren't sure of it, anyways Sahih Muslim Hadith 1885 Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah When Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) delivered the khutba (sermon), his eyes became red, his voice rose, and his anger increased so that he was like one giving a warning against the enemy.....) so as u can see in this hadith that the Prophet PBUH used to higher his voice, and btw those imams shout when talking so that people focus and hear them well and stuff so they don't shout because like they are angry at u or something like this, they are very passionate and want the best for us so it's okay brother/sister, may Allah SWT bless u

@@user-oi3so4oz9l there was no microfone and speakers back then. now you can talk with a normal and constant volume. i simply have to shut down videos like that, because i have to change the volume every second. there are other muslim chanels where they simply talk while teaching. when you have speakers you can peacefuly spread the word of god and peace.

The comment on India could be misleading as it is super outdated. Barbaric traditions existed everywhere, and in India they accepted it and fixed it. India thrives on chaos with bizzare and wasteful traditions, but none harmful. For a land of 1.3 billion our extent of positive contribution, peace and non-violence sure outweigh terrorism etc which is pretty much zero. And this includes about 185 million Muslims who share our Politics, history, Bollywood, yummy food, music and art - and yes cricket !!

As stated with scientific and medical evidences besides the,Quran and authentic hadith 1. Man is given easier to divorce as hes created by God to be the leader and more of reason and patience bg man. However he is also given stringent rules not to divorce unjustly as he would be severely punished for injustice. 2.The woman is made more difficult though still allowed to divorce unlike other religions or customs like in the west or India or China etc.This because Allah creates women to be more emotional and tend to think less rationally and more impulsive.This rule makes the woman to ponder more before any rash thinking like ruling in case of witness its needed 2 instead of one ie to remind each other and to give right evidence. 3.Both male or female if give wrong evidence as witness are both equally punished ie 80 lashes in public for false evidence and testimony not accepted forever . Still she is allowed to divorce regardless any reason if given time to ponder and families to meditate as the case of a woman who insist to divorce as she feels she cannot stand the sight of her husband even though hes God fearing good and responsible. 4.AS the Quran states no one is made to bear more than she or he could bear within Islamic constraints.Marriage is meant for a lifetime between two persons to live a harmonious loving life not forced or torturous. Allah is Fair to both.Nor man is forced to accept a wife he dislikes or he cannot live well with. All rulings in Islam are both fair and Just for Muslims male or female though women are given differently in some due to her different from male physiology mental and physical attributes makeup. Allahualam.
