I bought the Camo Jacket. I figured if I am spending $200 on a jacket without a heater... I don't have a problem spending another $100 for a heating system. Although, I do agree that the vest may have been a better choice because it heats closer to the body. My solution to having the jacket is to wear my camouflage vest on the outside of my jacket and it holds in the heat significantly better than wearing sweaters under the jacket which holds the heat farther from the skin. I do love it though. ❤ -30 below and I can still work outside in comfort.

Just ordered the black tough shell jacket. Got a free battery and charger with the adapter. Got a $10 discount coupon off also

The vest is super convenient. Couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s slim enough to wear under the hood o’l carhart

I had my vest for 2 days and the front heat stopped working. Very dissatisfied

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately there are defectives sometimes no matter what the product is and the manufacturer. Good news is that you have a warranty and the better news is that you won’t have an issue with the replacement! You have a better chance of winning the lottery than having 2 defectives back to back🤪 Defectives from all of the brands we sell is less than 1%. If this happened within the last 30 days call the company you purchased it from for a swap out. If past that then do it directly with Milwaukee on their website (don’t call). Click the support tab fill out the form. Takes a few minutes and they even supply the return shipping label. This can also be done for their tools. Takes about 7-10 days for replacement

In my opinion jackets are a waste of money. Wear a heated vest as close to the body as possible then have a shell over the top to keep that heat in.

No, the waste is the 12v. Buy the 18v adapter and it makes it 50% hotter. Completely changes the gear
