Credit to you guys. I know it's hot as heck out there. Drink your water, where some cooling towels around your necks and sunscreen. Ya'll are getting there. Sounds like all sections need to work on being precise with eachother. Each section sounds half a beat slower or faster than the other and a little messy. I know it's early stages, and it will get there. It may be just the reverb from the stands. Noticing it more in the horns and auxillary section which is what we use to call the xylophones and others in that group.

I literally couldn’t stay awake watching this video. Their volume and energy used to be tons higher…

How do you do Creep without building it? That's the whole intent of the song. Missed opportunity.

I think the xylophones need to be tuned, and They need to worry more about being precise than moving around and being dramatic especially on the first song.

The wooden ones in the front are called marimbas! And the vibraphones (the metal ones in the back) need new bars because some of them are cracked, causing us to sound flat. That might be what you hear :)

Gotta say unfortunately jaskson state u in alabama sounds better so far. Maybe that will light a fire for ya.

Jackson state university is located in Mississippi. Jacksonville State is in Alabama.

Very nice! Love the show. I have to say that the working in of “Yeah Alabama” into every show’s theme was kind cool when it was surprising back in the day. Now it’s kind of cliché. 🫣 Way overused.
