Ey, nice video! It is a wide and representative Madrid's cuisine. Altough being Spanish I realize the variety of cuisines we have in in such an small country with big differences in each region, so different. If you come to the Spanish East regions ( Bcn-Valencia-Alicante) food is quite different, much more Mediterranean, rice, vegetables, seafood and fish..

We didn't take any tours ourselves but it could be worth checking out Devour Tours (although they're a bit more food focused and less sights focused)! HOLY SHIT, never have cocido for dinner!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER. We locals aren't even crazy enough to do this. When we have cocido we do not even have dinner. That's how heavy it is for our digestion.

It's called 'alioli' in Spanish so just pronounced it how they do there 😊

looks better than German pastry which is overrated...don`t get me wrong. it`s good but certainly not the BEST.
