Very nice home. Wish it had bigger property, but I like it in all ways. Very nice presentation and details.

If you can get insurance it would be a nice house. But the fact is insurance is hard to get and if you do get it it will be extremely expensive let alone the taxes that are going crazy high and interest rates at an all-time high who can afford living in Florida?

Insurance in central florida is not $$ you don’t need flood insurance as she said it’s only about $800 a year I pay $775 a year when a bad storm comes in hurricanes, and they hit areas like Tampa Bay. You get the tail end it’s not nearly as devastating as what happens in other parts.and the taxes are under 3k that is a bargain I moved here from New York last year and on a 1200 sq ft house my taxes were 12k we sold for 620k I laugh when people think florida is $$ remember Florida has no state tax and they are retirement friendly. My pension here is only taxed at $90 a month back in New York. It would’ve been 25%.love Florida

Your so correct! Ron Desantis gave the Insurers the green light to increase Premiums without any Cap restrictions. So they did away with the 17% annual cap. He also allowed FPL to increase the fees per Kilowatt. Not only that the housing market in Florida will for sure see an overdue market correction.
