I’m 69 and passed my bike test in 1970 but my son’s Keeway Superlight 125 is the most comfortable bike I’ve ever ridden 👌👍👍👍
I’m doing my Cbt in a couple of months and I’ve decided on this bike. Your review sealed it 👍
Probably the best review of this bike on YT. Thank you for that.
54 years old this is going to be my first bike in a long time cant wait great review

@@lassydogpie5390 The right wing mirror kept flopping down when I went over 50mph and the bloody Oxford dealership said they couldn't fix it for 6 weeks! Not great so I f*cked them off and bought some other official ones from the website. Then I bought the S&S Grand National slip-ons and that surprised me on how well it improved the sound, as well as when slowing down it would pop 😆. It was my first bike after a 125 Keeway and I did like it but it isn't really a Harley, if you know what I mean. Last weekend, I PX it for a 2018 Breakout, now that rocks and I'm REALLY happy with it.
Have to say I do enjoy your videos front to back top to bottom while full of facts and even some personal opinions 👍
3 and a half grand for a v twin! Amazing. Great vid mark, and good to see you back doing reviews - more please. 🙏
Thank you for the top review, best Regards
That’s got to be the best looking 125 out there, if only the big four could put something on the market that looked this nice instead of that curly plastic tat they keep churning out, if I was new to biking and didn’t know any better, I’d have one of these and be happy about owning it.
Bless you we ask you deliver
Great looking bike and an excellent review. Say what you want about Chinese bikes but they get the styling spot on
Great vid👍 This is the bike for me I’ll be taking the CBT in a few months so is the keeway v cruise 125 and rkv 125 the same bike? Or should I wait and see how the v cruise 125 is?
I own one, and it's an awesome bike. Gearing is smooth, no fight for neutral. The wide tires makes it feel so planted to the road and safest I've felt on a bike since I got my cbt . It's definitely better than something from lexmoto or sinnis ( I've owned 2 lexmotos ) . slow speed menuvers are so easy on the v125 that I never felt like putting my foot down on u turn like I did on lexmoto isca .

Bike Looks really nice! They do make a 300cc version Looks almost the same! Not for sale in uk! Called the Bender 300cc on sale in Europe! Look on KZread! I'd probably get the 300cc if they start selling in UK there missing a trick there!
You're the same height and a kinda similar bodytype to me so it's like a little advanced view of what I'd look like on this haha. Great video, thanks for putting it up.
Great detailed review, Good choice for a new or returning biker after many years, instead of jumping on a race bike. Depending upon your experience and desires of course.😀
Your new subs here, great review 🤘😎🇵🇭
Have just returned from 70 mile ride out on mine. Comfortable and a real joy . Love it. 🛞🛞🛞
very well informed! thank you very much. I wanted to buy a Hyosung Bobber but now I´m not sure bout that cos the Keeway is even cooler!!!
Keyway appear to have taken a significant step in quality with this one. At the bike show, the models on show had the usual budget-driven fittings such as thin, flimsy brake and gear levers for example. I forget which model it was but one of their "cruisers" had a ridiculous 12" long gear lever instead of a more appropriately designed linkage for the forward controls. This RKV125 looks much better in every way. Apart from the exhaust system of course which will turn orange within a week and be cornflakes within a year. I'll bet it's excluded from the warranty too. A real shame. Excellent review fellas, as usual. Thank you 👌
It really looks CooL. Nice review 👍
Buena comparativa, gracias y ráfagas

How long have you both had that bike I'm assuming it's very similar to the keeway. I'm busy trying to decide what to gwt for my first bike and I can't make my mind up.
I've been contemplating getting one as my friend has one, but he said he can only get his up to 55mph at a push going downhill down the A5, he's not big but about 20 stone, so whether the weight is slowing him down or not I'm unsure, but watching your vid it also looks like you're struggling to hit top end also so would it be worth it for a weekend ride around bike you think?
Have just bought one, my first bike, and whilst I have yet to ride it as it is still being set up/checked this video has me looking forward to riding it so much more! I am 5ft 3..just, and it is amazingly comfortable for me to sit on and reach everything.

@@reeseprince8its a good bike, the tank holds fuel well. Have recently had someone rear end me at lights and its a pretty sturdy build so no damage other then the licence plate. With the current exhaust sounds a bit like a tuc tuc compared to other bikes. I find I feel like I have to push it a bit more on hills. But its still a damn comfy ride and looks awesome. Fuel is full at about 12litres I think, with about 3l reserve. Got about 109 miles min out of a tank

Im looking at one of these for my first bike once ive got my cbt. Love the look of it, id liek to get a triumph bobber some point in my life
Riding position and styling remind me of the RE Meteor Fireball. Minus that radiator of course. Seems like a great entry bike.
Thats it - im sold!
just got the rkv 125c for my day to day run about keep 350 enfield for weekends , had good look around for second bike , seam keeway have come up with well build bike, looks good rides good , and the price is spot on, cost a lot more with one of big names on the side of the tank, the v cruse more of bobber few more bits on it but 1000 pounds more then the rkv c
Great looking bike.
Nice looking bike. I would have been more than happy to start my biking on one of these (rather than the MZ125 that I did start on, way back in the mists of time). And it is a stylish commuter option.
I am about to buy the black tank version of this bike but want to turn it into an old school bobber Would a new solo bobber seat be hard to put on do you think?
could a CBS braking system receive a modification by adding ABS? if yes, how much would it cost? thx for the reply!
my brother has the k ligth its pretty good
How does it compare to the k light? In Estonia, only the k light and the superlight are available. But the v-cruise looks much better.
How about the V-Cruiser, seems so similar but a lot more expensive, what your opinion on that model ??
The engine is a pearl.
Well done ! Most people these days, that is the biker community feels negatively about these Chinese motorcycles the same way the biker community felt about Japanese motorcycles back in the late 60's and early 70's AND look how that turned out, widely accepted. Sounds good, looks good and the saddle stitching is impressive. Grandfather John Pennsylvania USA

Keeway is trying to settle itself as a premium brand from now on, like if it was a sort of "chinese honda". This model was just the start of all of it. There's also the V-CRUISE 125, the V-CRUISE 302C (300cc engine), the M502N (500cc engine), and few more coming out soon, like the Keeway: Benda Darkflag 500cc, MBP C650V, Keeway Benda LFC + LFS 700cc, MBP C1002V... And their price tags come close to a premium japanese motorcycle brand as its CCs go up.
How does it compare with the Keeway Superlight...or, indeed, with the Lexmoto Michigan? These three bikes are my shortlist
would an aftermarket exhaust be possible on this bike?
Looking forward to the release of the 300, them maybe if I haven't bought all those other bikes I like, my bottom may find comfort there.
Didn't the 'Benda' ones have bar end mirrors? which I think make it look really good
Can’t wait to test ride the new Keeway 302c , looks very similar but bigger V twin with twice the power…
Love the look of this bike. Will you be reviewing the V302C when it's available? Looking for a cheap cruiser that I can ride and keep my Rocket for better weather. At the moment, it's a toss up between a Meteor and the V302C. I've already sourced a bigger seat for the 302, so I can carry a pillion.

It's look so beautiful! Does Anyone know the maximum speed on the highways?
I’m 6ft2, would you say this would be a comfortable bike for someone of that size? I sadly can’t go sit on one as they’re all 200+ miles away. Would the v-cruise that’s coming out be a better option? There’s also the UM freedom/vegas but finding reviews on them is rather difficult especially recent ones and of the freedom. I’m doing my CBT next month and I’m trying decide between the keeway cruisers or the husqvarna svartpilen. Any advice for a tall rider?
@TheKimgower

In general the average height of people has increased by 2inches over the last 40/50 year's but they still keep making motorbikes for average heights of 5ft 7in which to be honest is short theses days, when you see teenagers that could challenge a giraffe. It really is about time manufacturers gave more options for tall riders.
Looks like a nice bike. I’m 6’2”, do you think it will be a bit small for me considering the low seat height? Thanks.

Only 3 inches taller than me. Get someone to photograph you sitting on one.
How does this compare to the k light?
Hi mark , a v twin , looks quality too , people are going have to remember the Japanese would charge £5200 for that and they’ll never make a small capacity. V twin again , any chance you could test the new lexmoto rss 125 , it looks great and is for peanuts 🏍🏍👍👍
I have been interested in the bike for a while but I haven't been able to find any videos in English until now so your review is much appreciated. If you don't mind can I ask if you went up any hills how did it pull and how much momentum did you loose if any. Thanks again

Nice that you said about adjusting the handlebars, it may make a difference. The performance for me will be be enough to start with as I live in the countryside & many roads are National Speed Limit. Thanks again, you have made me think about it...again. Oh, it wont keep up with my S5, but I'm sure the thrills will be similar.

What’s top speed of this bike?
🏴 Scottish Kids want more power coz we have high winds to contend with. 10hp isn't generous considering '80's 2 strokes had 12-15hp. Kids are also bigger and heavier today. There needs to be a change in the Law coz atm these Laws are driving kids away from Motorcycling, " it's not pleasant to be sitting at sub 50mph when the traffic is doing 60" give them the power to keep up. So if a bike can't hit 70mph and can't cruise at 60mph I can't see it selling many units.

If you maintain and clean the bike, properly, rust won't be a problem. My daughter's friend has just sold here Superlight, 6 years old, ridden in all weather, kept outside on the coast, only very minimal signs of corrosion. Likewise, my daughter's Superlight is 4 years old, ridden in all weathers, stored outside under a cover by the coast, had from new still looks almost like new. The key maintenance and cleaning, and acf-50, or similar.

Same here NK 125, cheap as chips looked great and then got the MiL light winking at me at 650 mls it was a ECT sensor, then at 1300 mls got another MIL light, this time it was the O2 sensors turn to give up the ghost, got live data on it and it was deader than Elvis, once these were fixed it rode ok’ish but sometimes struggled to engage 1st gear at a standstill. It got nicked at 1600 mls, the scrote that pinched it found out the brakes weren’t that good riding two up and stuffed it into the back of a Caddy van. I’m just debating whether to buy a CBR125R or a XSR125, like you I wished I’d bought Japanese from the get go !
