Keon looks far too smouth. My favorite one is Kerrith Bajjo. He is one of the best in all criterias while the others always lack something.

I wish they didn't squat and play their legs out in the 'front relaxed". It's so unnatural, it looks ridiculous. Plus they look even shorter than they already are, just to show more inner quad. #11 was the most blatant example and why I mentioned it, as he goes for it to a comical degree. To be fair Derek Lundsford does it in the front double bi and it also makes him look ridiculous and he won the O this year. Thanks for posting this, the video quality is awesome and Keone is really a good step or two above everyone. Very complete. If he can bring up a few muscle groups (triceps most notably), and gain some more separation and dryness, he could be unbeatable at 212. If that most muscular starts to *pop and show separation in the chest and shoulders, it's over for everyone.
