Kate I am 68. In my school years, we were limited to 150 CC's until we were 18. I had a Honda SL100, and rode it year round, in the dry. wet, snow and ice until my girl friend wanted rides and I bought a car. It cost a whopping 25 cents to fill it up. What a blast.
There's a lot of fun to be had on the smaller capactity bikes, this one looks really nice too - great styling!
Kate, so glad that you are reviewing the 125 range of bikes available. Especially with the social media and KZread generation, it gives them information on stuff like seat height, especially if they are short in the leg. Keep up the great work
Hi, thanks for the video. Actually ended up getting a Brat for my first bike after watching this. Just breaking in nicely. Am now feeling less scared about picking up the revs and making a bit of noise so feel a lot more in control and having fun. I’m low key in love with it after 180 miles. Do well luv. Happy riding
Looks like great fun around that amazing countryside!
Always enjoy your vids Kate, this is a good looking bike. Keep up the great work! 😊
Nice vid Kate. Seems also handy to wheezle trough city traffic. And you know what they say about loud pipes…..👍👍😃
A another enjoyable vlog kate❤
Hello Kate how are you doing today always love watching your vlogs nothing beats seeing you on a bike in your biker gear wearing your new swanky helmet and dark visor ride safe lovely x
sometimes it's good to get on a 125cc and work the gears and discover a different riding style. The Balinese Yamaha, Kawasaki rock getting around the islands🏝️
Great looking little bike, looks rugged and a good all rounder 🤌🏻
I do like (literally too) these vids on the 125s. Make you smile videos 👍
Doing my test soon and thinking of this as a first bike. Love the look and especially with the newer ones being 14bhp
..."If it's got two wheels, I'll ride it" ! 👌👏👏🤗
Hi Kate, You Brits are so lucky. We don't have a market for the 125cc bikes here in the USA. We're very limited to the 200cc and up. But that is a brilliant little 125cc bike. It's very customized
Great video Kate! What Jacket are you wearing in this video? Keep up the brilliant work, love all your content.
Great job Kate 🎉

Great video Kate thank you entertaining as ever. 🤗🤣😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Let's sort these mirrors out first, so we can actually see what's happening in life" Lol !! Equally at ease on all what bears two wheels than in the witty handling of words. Motorcycle girl AND Poet.

I'd say philosopher myself 🤣🤣
Saw one at Devil's Bridge a couple of weeks after your first Brat walkaround video. The young lad who owned it was paying £1700 insurance. Ouch !!! Linked brakes that operate the rear when you pull the front brake lever are ok, but NOT the other way round (ice, diesel, gravel etc). FYI Hoghton Tower Sprint is on Sunday Sept 3rd this year (if you didn't know already).

Oh poor sod 😫 that's a hell of a stinger
I like it. Plus: It sounds just brilliant, I think.
Looks a great little city and b road bike , you’re having to do a video on the 500 😊👍👍👍
Another great video Kate, do you think it's better than the Sinnis Terrain you rode?
Great review. Can you do a Bluroc Legend 125 next please???
I love how you switch from a 125 to ducati on the track. 125cc reviews are just as important and make independent bikers from the start.

Of course! Love all bikes here 😊
Great vid! Random one, where did you get your jacket from?? Nice bike!
I must admit that I'm not a fan of Chinese motorcycles, for private reason, but I DID enjoy the scenery in your video ! Thanks Kate and love from Australia 🇦🇺🏍🌹
Ok 👏🎉 Kate
It’s a nice looking bike has it got a rev counter Is it as good as the Scotland wild camping 125 I’ve forgotten what that bike was called.
Showing the 125cc family some love haha

Always 🥰
Kate, what is that jacket you are wearing, it looks cool?
Having fun twisting throttles. Bet you got over 80 mpg Kate.
did you have a chance to test lexmoto rss 125 as well ? it will be nice to see comparison between those two bikes.
Kate you overtook someone 😊😊😊
Crocodile I was expecting to see Hannah as a pillion!
Sorry for the bragging but I just enjoyed watching your video from somewhere between Florida and Saint Thomas Vj. Nice flat sea.
Looks a good off road bet by the state of them roads.
I have riden a Brat & it felt quite good. I'm hoping to test ride a Zontes GK & a XSR, like the look of them all, but it might have to be the GK???

@@julielockett7886 thanks for your help.
This bike needs a proper 11kw 125 and a duke 390 engine for the bigger capacity. And also a working mud guards and rust protection.
Yamaha XSR125 or Herald Bratt?
Local Kawasaki is pulling out of selling Mutt, sells Sym, Keeway & Benelli but had few issues with Mutt. Shame really as they are one of few manufacturers that do 250 range

Interestinggg 🤔
Potholes, more like mine shafts 😅, Looks nice , What no Quickshifter 😮
I want 1..
14 whole horses!
Kate has a preference for a wide bar 😂
Bratonabratonabratonabratatatat! 😊
I really dont like the idea of dual braking . If i wanted to pull the front brake on i would. Not when i use the rear . 😮
It does 70mph so it will be fine on the motorway
There's a definite weasel theme developing... 🙂
You’ll find you weren’t doing 57mph, the digital speedo is ‘ WAY’ out, I checked mine and it was at least 15% reading over actual speed, I contacted Herald and asked how to re calibrate the speedo and they didn’t have a clue, the exact same speedo is available on fleabay for the princely sum of £19.95 , incidentally you can’t read the speedo till the sun is on the horizon either. I’m 500 miles in on mine and it bogs out at 55mph, you’ll never get the tacho anywhere near 9000rpm in 6th gear, the exhaust looks good with that fancy dan welding but I’m convinced it’s strangling the engine and the bike would perform better with a different can on it ! NB: 3 months old and had to take the sump guard off and repaint it, the crinkle Matt finish on the frame looks durable but just like the sump guard they sprayed directly onto bare metal ( no primer or anything) signs of rust around the welds as well which is very disappointing, hate to say it but a harsh UK winter on this bike will kill it !!

That’s as maybe Katey but I watched this review before I bought mine and I thought “ Hey, that’s not too shabby speed wise?” Indeed, the 6 mile ride back home when I bought it it felt ok, it does ride nice and felt more confident on the road compared to my previous Hanway 125, but, when I went through one of those illuminated speed checkers at the side of the road at 37mph in a 30 and it said “ T H A N K Y O U “ I knew the jig was up, calibrating the speedo was relatively easy once I knew what the circumference of the front tyre was but as I said Herald didn’t have a Scooby Doo how to do it, surprisingly there’s no legislation on how accurate a Speedo should be, it can be waaay over straight out the factory but it can’t by law be under speed. Been to a local bike meet tonight 12 miles away, straight road A5 and I had to get the riding crop out to keep it at 54mph, when I got to the pub car park it was asking for mercy ! It does get attention when it’s standing still and is great for pootling around town but damn something wrong somewhere ? Not like having a carburettor either where you could fit a bigger main jet in it it’s all down to the ECU now, think I’ll try a O2 sensor bypass relay, £10 off fleabay, and see how it performs with that if a different can don’t improve things and maybe try cold air induction into the air box ? I’d willingly sacrifice 20mpg less for a bit extra grunt top end, incidentally these bikes on the continent push out circa 18 ponies so I know they’re hamstrung for the UK market somehow. Love your accent 😘!!!
Yeah, my GSXR rims are made from cheese. Those hols would end its day.
Cant get over the size of those potholes, I wish the UK had smooth roads like America that dont jack up your steady throttle. Making people think your a noob when really its pothole and bumpy tarmac city. White van man/woman has always an engine equivilent to a 650cc motorbike thats why they always tailgate.
Went on the motorway on a 70cc bike many moons ago, Wouldnt recommend it though 🙄🙂
👍🤪🏳️🌈
...do you "proof" if the display show miles ...fifty miles for a hour i wish you a very comfortable bus stop after all this miles only to get on true speed 🙄
