FPS Eye Training Warmup 2023 (HIGH RES)
I created an eye tracking/eye training warm up because I wanted a warmup that was high-resolution and didn't have little errors in it. Practicing eye tracking and training your eyes can improve focus, reading speed, visual perception, and can improve cognitive abilities. This video can be set up to 2560x1440 and 60 fps.

Found you from TT. Not going to lie to you this is a very sound training exercise. May I offer a opinion? I like it. But it seems linear. Maybe add a floating ball that moves randomly? I had a similar issue but I gave someone a mouse and they sat behind me while I tracked their movements. It definitely helped me so hopefully it can help someone else too

Thank you! Glad to hear you found me from TT, I've always wondered if anybody actually goes to my profile to find my YT. I plan on making a more intense eye exercise video in the future so I'll definitely take that advice! The giving the mouse to someone else is a really good idea too, I may try it myself.

I too am from the TOK and I'm a newer/returning player that's trying ranked for the 1st time and lemme tell you this helped my aim alot

I’m not aware of a way to create this type of video on a phone, I used Photoshop and After Effects to create this one

Combine it with aim training and I saw results in a couple days.
I tried but this was giving me anxiety. I can't focus on it

Try the darkmode version if it's hurting your eyes, I find that one much better tbh
