I have the feeling that there's a engine self protection mode in the brain box. That way customers can't drag race their Hellcat BEFORE the engine is broke in. Which means Dodge has less under warranty expenses = less profit.

I have 1500 miles on mine and Still haven’t try messing with the modes. One of my friends told me break that thing in before you burn that tire or even rev it pass 3000 rpm. Still yet to have problems with mine. Congrats btw!

another very very important thing on performance cars or vehicles with lockers in the differential is you need to have the diff flushed after the first few thousand miles. it cleans out all the material that comes off as the diff wears in.

Drove mine exactly how it should be driven....HARD..drop the oil after 50 miles and drove her hard after...these motors are ran on dyno after built

I think once you pass 500 miles performance pages come on. My screen use to freeze like everyday when I got my new scat.

I'd never buy last year for any model, most likely gonna be poorly built with bad parts. The guy who uploaded the video tried to access performance pages without breaking it in first, as it's available after 500 miles, which it's also best to get an oil change as well. After that, have fun, though I'd rather wait until about 1500 miles.

It does take the performance pages a bit to kick in, but they have had head unit uconnect issues since 2015, the the 19s and up should be better but they still overheat in extremely hot climates, if its starts crashing alot they have to replace them its 1000.00 modular unit.

Try unplugging the battery for 15min, like everyone has mentioned. Let the system reset. Might possible be they put a regular Hellcat radio in instead of a Jailbreak Hellcat radio? Sweet ride bro!

I’d wait until you hit 1500 miles before you lay into it instead of just 500. The small SRT book in the glove box, not the owner’s manual, explains the new car break-in process for miles 1-500, 501-1000, and 1000 to 1500 miles and beyond. NGL though, I had a hard time keeping my food out of it until 1500 miles.

Pull the fuse in the trunk and reset it. Then reupdate it at dodge. Same happened with my '18 RT. It was a bugged/corrupted update

No way I was gonna get a new scat challenger without leather. Only box I checked. Living in Florida, I'm diggin those cooled seats!

Its not the break in that just disables certain modes and things like line-lock etc. Its Uconnect, it can be glitchy. On my 392 if I disconnect the battery I lose peformance pages and sometimes drive modes for a few hours. As for breaking it in though, do it right. Its an expensive car and Dodges Hemi engines are especially sensitive to a proper break in. Do it right.

Dang, I hope they don't have to remove your dash to get to the radio unit. All those Performance Pages are crap to load. I have to disconnect my negative battery to get my Challenger Widebody to reset its Performance Pages. My 2018 Jeep SRT loads up with no problem, tho.

I think you need to bypass the break-in Period...let's hope! I think the only time I use the Performance Pages is when I'm showing it to someone else Lmao! For the most part I just go through steering wheel and use the modes that way!

Most performance cars will open up after 500 miles, and sometimes do an oil change. Congrats on the car, but gotta do some research for it to be aware of what can happen. Gotta sub to see what you do with this beautiful thing.

I don't remember if that happened on my 1320, but if I remember right. My 2016 shaker did that same thing until I hit 500 miles. But, honestly follow the break in procedure.. Did you order catch cans? One for the motor, and the other for the SC..

My car is a 2018 and I bought it brand new and it has done it periodically a few times throughout the years. I wouldn't worry about it as mine will eventually always work

Honestly if it still does it after 500 miles. Try unhookin the battery for a minute or 2 and hook it back up to reset it. U may save yourself some time

So what you got to do is while you’re driving stop it in manual mode while the pages are loading and then it’ll come on.

The performance pages opened day one on my 22 scat. Not sure how they couldn’t figure that out?

Just unplug the battery and the Performance page won’t work until 500 miles. Mines came on at 1,250 miles.

Bro I got a 2023 scat wide body and I had issues with uConnect too, syncing my phone with it songs weren't changing to the next song. Also, I had an evap cannister that was faulty and they replaced it, said it clogged. The tech there said they made these cars with some cheap parts cause of a parts shortage...I ordered mine last year and I got it in Jan. I had a 19 scat for 3 years and not a single issue with it. Hope yours doesn't have too many more problems

If it doesn’t work after 500 try this. On the head unit hood the power and back track button in one of those two combinations for 10 seconds. It should reset the head unit.

just wanted to let you know you have a light out on passenger side which is called a running light i beleive & it is the front 1 (side marker light)

Once you go to your app, hit the info button, and once that page comes up, just swipe downward, and it should update from there.

I don't have a Hellcat but I do have a 2023 Scat Pack. Performance Pages for me were available right from the get go with only 15 miles on the car.

Known issue for some for several model years. It took about 1 month to have all of my accounts synced and the vehicle report working.

I got a 2015 scat pack shaker I gotta replace my radio after 7 years and only 31k miles SMH I got a demon in production but I’m not paying no markup they can keep dat old body 1000hp bullshit i’m a get me a another BMW… since I got my 2018 M4 convertible I crossovered

I had an update on my 396 and I lost my performance page. I went to settings scrolled down to reset and reset to original settings. pages are back worked now fine.

They must have made the car on Friday instead of Monday.... The reality is that the performance page should populate early, but the options would be greyed out.... New Radio needed.
