Congrats on the new car brother! With the tint do you guys have the sun shade exemption in NC? Here in VA I just went to my eye doctor and had her sign a dmv form too get a medical exemption on tint level.

Got my 5.0 tinted a few weeks ago. 35% on the windshield with 15% on the sides and 5% on the rear glass. It’s a coupe with a black interior and no sunroof so it looks dark as hell on the outside but in the inside I can see perfectly fine

On my 5.0 I have 5 on back window and the two tiny windows.. 20 on front two windows and 50 on windshield.. its perfect. U can see my silhouette but not past front seat . kinda wish I went 35 on windshield but I didn't feel like getting messed with by cops. I already have headers and borla atak loll

@@nolol214 if you get ceramic tint on the front, then you can see out of a 35% windshield just fine. I drive at night on back roads with that tint and have no issues

@@nolol214 XPEL ceramic on all windows on both cars I’ve had. I once had 55% on the windshield before and it was the same as not having tint at night. 35% is noticeably darker from the inside at night but I wear my glasses when driving at night and see just fine. Definitely wouldn’t go any darker than that on the windshield tho lol

That's some good knowledge, I have to look in to that ratio. I have durango and did just 5% eye liner on windshield, driver and passenger side no tint with uv block and rear and sides 5%. I have a cdl and wear glasses and didn't think I would be able to see driving at night.
