The recipient of the 2023 California Farm Bureau Excellence in Agriculture Award is Mark Avilla of Stanislaus County.
The award recognizes young farmers and ranchers who are actively involved in Farm Bureau and agriculture, but who don’t own and operate a farm or ranch as their primary source of income.
For his efforts, Mark will receive $3,500 in cash from our sponsors and will represent California at the upcoming Annual Meeting of the American Farm Bureau Federation in Salt Lake City, Utah.
