2023 BYD e2 Electric Hatchback in-depth Walkaround
BYD has launched the 2023 e2, an affordable electric vehicle priced at $15,000 USD. The car's front face features a closed grille with a bigger BYD logo without a colored background, narrow and long headlights connected by a horizontal black trim, and a three-stage air intake grille decoration.
Powering the e2 is an 8-in-1 electric powertrain based on the e-Platform 3.0, with a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor that delivers up to 70 kW of maximum power. The car also comes with BYD’s Blade batteries with a capacity of 33.2 kWh and 43.2 kWh, providing a cruising range of 301 km and 401 km, respectively, according to the Chinese MIIT. However, additional detailed information about the powertrain is not yet available.
The e2 has a size of 4260/1760/1530mm and a wheelbase of 2610mm, which is 20mm longer than the previous model. It also comes with a silver roof rack, and a small window between the C and D pillars, and runs on large multi-spoke wheels. The fast charging port is located at the right front fender.

It's a good vehicle. But, crusing range 401 km is not sufficient. At least, 500 km would be OK.

Под капотом шумоизоляция нет.. сделано топорно... не доделанный кузов... за свою цену не до стоит... снизу порога прилепили пластмассу... Оцинковка нет... что за машина! и Очень дорого!!!
