For the speakers the center is actually a Midrange and Tweeter combination and the rear deck-lid speakers are both combined with a Tweeter and Midrange and I assume the Tweeters are a bit harsh sometimes due to the Titanium Tweeters

I believe they are harsh because HK uses 3 inch midrange speakers with poor efficiency and tweeters with more efficiency. Therefore at the crossover point the tweeters frequency response is higher than midrange. This would result in a clear but harsh sound especially vocals at louder sound levels. Both HK and Bang and Olufsen try to make their system sound high end with a louder tweeter response.

We all know paying extra will sound better for most cars it be awesome if you could test more of the base sounds for high trims cars which offers both since we need to make decision on choices thank you

you should try the volvo standard sound 220 watts 10 speakers

i used to own an eclass coupe 2019 model with the burmester sound system. now i own a 2021 m4 competition with the harmon kardon sound system. each day i get more frustrated and dissapointed with this system. the burmester on the eclass was miles better than the hk.bmw did a very very poor job with it.

All these BMWs with Harman Kardon seem a bit disappointing.... except for some reason the BMW i4 which got S-tier !! How did that happen ??

I have a feeling that car got an entirely redone system. Harman Kardon systems are strong in Volvos, so they’ve got strong potential

BMW makes great cars for driving, but those with Harman/Kardon get blown out of the water by the average Bang & Olufsen or Burmester system from Audi and Mercedes respectively.
