Hi Lynn, although I don't wear dresses I like seeing them on other people. Can't find shoes comfortable enough to wear so I stick to trousers/jeans instead . The autumnal dress is lovely on you with the denim jkt and also dressy with the black jkt, really smart. Love the trousers from Matalan with the button detail now they're more my style. I'm looking for nice leather jacket but a bit longer length. Looking forward to your recipe now, just made another ginger cake using your recipe it is now an established fav in our family. Oh I feel your pain, I can’t wear shoes like I used to, have you tried Clark’s, or forever comfort from Next, they are my go to, and hush puppies. Oh my goodness Lynn, something very wrong here! I am 45 and I am loving absolutely everything you’ve bought 😍 I only ever wear dresses and skirts, I do not own a pair of trousers 😳 That’s because I am 4foot 11 with a tiny frame, short waste, no shoulders so nothing ever works accept dresses. I am a dress and boot fanatical 🙈 Actually, I bought a new dress yesterday from Zara and a new pair of boots in Kurt Geiger, the boots were a good deal as they were £200 and with my blue light discount card I had 40% off and had a bargain. I’d wear every dress you’ve bought you know, absolutely beautiful 🧡🧡🧡 That fabric you refer too, cupro is a new sustainable fabric, it’s made up of all those tiny little dust fibers that fly everywhere when making a garment. The fibers are so small they don’t weave into the process. Not sure how they manage to make anything else from these tiny particles but it’s evidently working isn’t it? H&M are using this method a lot too. I bought 2 dresses recently from apricot and they are made in this method too, very soft they are. You have beautiful taste. I am amazed how you pulled that knitted skirt and tops together 😍 And you did the absolute right thing by sizing up with that fabric/design because it’s very flattering on you.. (lumps and bumps my arse 🙄🤣🤣) they are curves 🙄🤣xxxx ❤️

Really Kelly, that makes me very happy, 22 years my junior and you like my style, I can’t ask for more than that, thank youuuuuu xx oh I think tiny people look lovely in trousers, especially with nude shoes and if you show your ankle bone, makes your legs look longer. I bet you have some beautiful dresses in your wardrobe, and boots, you know how I love boots…I’ve never owned Kurt Geiger footwear, and sadly my blue light card expired now that I’m retired xx very interesting facts about the cupro, I never heard of it before, and it’s so interesting to me how they manage to capture the fibres and use them to make fabric, amazing technology. I actually bought some knitted pants to go with the tops from Tenerife, but they show every lump, and bump, so I’m saving them to see if they look better when I’ve lost a few ponds haha 🫣 have a lovely week sweetie ♥️ xxx

You know the underwear that sucks you in? well it doesn't lol ask me how i know .. what it does do is smooth out the bumps which looks a lot better for some dresses. Hi Lynn, there is nothing in this haul that I would not wear myself. Everything has been styled beautifully. Like yourself I am 5ftish, over 60, absolutely love the M & S and Matalan items. I will look out for the Next leather jacket wow. The good thing about todays world is that age has NO boundaries, as long as I am smart like yourself I can walk with confidence lol. Hi Lynn, Love your choice of items. I would wear all except the chinny cream skirt, I have too many bumps and lumps for that one, but it suited you perfectly. Also love the boots, must look for something similar. I have wide calfs and mostly wear trousers but I love the look of a longer leg !! I too am only 5ft. 1in. so not everything suits. Love this haul Lynn, I especially like the M&S dress and the different ways of styling it (it looked great with the belt). I’m a shorty like you and I find M&S dresses come up very long but you really carried that dress off well. Loved the leggings outfit too, so versatile in the winter months…..loved how you paired black with brown, I’m gonna give that a go👍. But I had to laugh when you said you might get the jumper in the other colour and you have the gilets in two colours……..that’s me, my bestie always says if I like something I buy it in every colour….and she’s right😂. I’m loving your style…….we’re very similar in size and you give me lots of inspiration…….keep it up 🥰

Good morning, thank you for going to Primark and modelling the coats it’s much appreciated. I did like the cream coat on you but a size smaller might do the trick. Because sleeves looked longer on you you might consider going into a petite size. They are made to fit shorter smaller women. Maybe try one on when your in a store that sells them, saying that your own coat looks lovely. You look comfortable wearing it. Carol ❤
