Looks delicious! In many of the Korean videos I see so much waste in food serving paper products. Like this one for instance...2 cups to serve. Why not just use the one paper cup? Does Korea have recycling plants?

They can't just use one or the other. It's fried corn, a hot and oily snack. The paper cup serves as a protective barrier from the hot plastic cup. If they just use the plastic cup, the person will burn their hands. If they use just paper, not only will the person burn their hands, the oil will leak through the cup. It's the same as using a paper sleeve on a coffee cup. Oh! Korea is actually one of the best in the world when it comes to recycling, shuffling between #2 and #3 with Austria. Germany is #1. Korea especially excels in food waste recycling, at around 95%.

They never show or tell 100% of their ingredients if you are a chief you know pretty much how it's made, even if you're given the ingredients you still would be lost, there's alot of prep work

The first one, I remember seeing that with the Japanese Kraci candy kits, there was a octopus and you do the same thing with this octopus shape squeeze bottle and the little balls comes up. I wish we see more fun food toys like that in the USA.

You have one of the most tender cuts of steak the Filet mignon, then your taking a meat tenderiser bashing it flat ,then all i can say is deep fat frying it

So, the blob was basically a "liquid sphere." I'm not sure of the sauce itself, it just seems to be a fairly standard steak sauce. Basically, they mix a gelling agent into the sauce, and then drop it into a setting agent. The ball forms, trapping the liquid inside.
