I have the Peugeot Boxer version of this van and the guy forgot to mention - Nosiy cabin, awfull gearbox, coarse engine, bad driving postion, bad cabin ergonomics, tiring to drive. On the other hand, The pay load width is 150mm wider than the transit and the step-up to the load area is lower than the transit but in ever other way it is much worse.

That "clipboard holder" is the best thing ever in a van... My 2017 ducato is same on inside and I use it as a phone holder... Honestly couldn't do without it since using it for sat nav, I don't understand why more manufactures having installed similar!

Finally that fabulous van gets the engine it deserves, this will be my next van

This is my work van. The clutch and plastic molding is a bit narrow for wearing boots. It's got a nice hidden under seat storage for the laptop. 👌

What a shame I'm guessing that has the same 2.2 Ford engine which is utter terrible I really think they should have dropped the 2.3 iveco engine like the ducato much more reliable it seems like the van market is getting worse merc have gone down hill since the euro 4 and euro 5 hopefully one company will design for reliability one day but can't see it happening nice detailed video 😊👌

Only 1 cup holder (witch can't hold a drink well) if you have the glove box option.

It's new in very little but name. I have a sneaking position this might be the last generation using this old platform... but then, it costs a lot of money to develop a new one (the old Vauxhall Vivaro platform, for example, is still alive and well in the excellent Renault Trafic). Any van in the same category as the Ford Transit, however, is going to struggle to convince punters - the new engine is pretty good though. Yeah, it's a lovely location, very open and quiet.

Based on an older platform than the previous Movano was too, seems odd that isn't mentioned.

@@MrHabushi Awesome knowledge. It's not mentioned in a specific sense - this Movano is the one we've got. The age of Stellantis is a focus on the small and medium sectors - which is sensible in the dominant age of the Transit and Sprinter.

Back in the day, even vans had character and heritage. Today it's just products with different labels...

Some 1 needs to tell him tha last van was a master re badged this is a boxer same design since 2007

Old platform that's over 15 years old. Not a bad van tbf ive driven one for 5 years, they feel their age now when compared to sprinters crafters and transits. Cheeky vauxhall shipping an ancient van and call it new lol.

Bouncy, harsh ride and very fragile, door hinges wear quickly, cables snap, handles work loose and fall off (typical Fiat/PSA really), however they do handle very well, driving like a car, having direct steering and eager engines... Looking very dated now
