    Great video that shows how great this bike is and how much riding you can really do with it. I’m at 4300 miles on my 2021 Turbo Levo Comp. Fantastic bike that climbs anything and is rock solid on the downhills. Who knew that rocky rooty new england climbs could be so much fun. I also pump up the tires and chase my wife gravel ebiking around Vermonts Northeast Kingdom. This bike is a life changer

    This is my first e-bike, (e-mtn bike). It's great. Doing climbs I haven't done in decades (am 75) and single track descents. Question: what is your body position for descents? Seat height? Weighting? Body position? Jumping? Do you use foot clips? I seem to manage single track ascents with great pleasure. Still trying to learn to do harder descents like I used to. Thanks for the video!

    GREAT REVIEW. Mid 50's couple (ex-moto) here that were on analogs a year ago. Switched to Levo's (Comp Alloy & Comp Carbon) and we have never looked back. So much more enjoyable to get out and ride. Able to enjoy (and talk to each other) during climbs. Just got back from riding Blankets Creek, Alatoona Creek, Bentonville AR (six days!), The Rail Yard and then Kanuga. Not once was I out of breath or in need of a break! Started each day at 100% and on average came back to the Vrbo with about 10%. Kanuga was non-stop fun which required a 30% recharge during lunch to get in a few more laps. Can't express how much these Levo's have changed our riding experience for the BETTER over the past six months of ownership. Zero issues with each bike. Skuzzy MTB nailed this review and the part of 'in love with this bike' is a mutual feeling.

    Nice comment. Has you have alloy and carbon levo’s, Can you please help me with your experience? Tomorrow I’m choosing between a carbon one with low end components or the alloy comp with better ones (fork, brakes,…). I really don’t know which one to chose but when it comes to aesthetics the carbon one wins. I don’t know if the riding experience is that much different.

  • @mrmikenadeau7240

    @@Gomonte1976 My two cents $$$. I picked the carbon for the flat black look (love it). I'm not an advanced/pro rider so the frame material would not hinder my enjoyment or ride either way. Alloy would suit me just fine too. You can always upgrade components on the carbon if you like that look better. Either way - you will love the Levo. I've ridden my wife's alloy and had same amount of FUN as my carbon. One noticeable difference worth noting is the motor noise is louder on my carbon. Wife's alloy is much quieter with motor noise. Nothing crazy but louder for sure on the carbon frame. Enjoy your new Levo!

Bragged about it so much my wife had to buy one (Turbo Tero). The smile on her face when we go riding is priceless! Wondering if upgrading to the mullet setup is worth it? So I just got an intense Tazer mx pro for $6400 and then after rode a levo. I REALLY liked the levo and I had planned on sending that intense back as soon as it was delivered and getting this exact bike in an S4 size. I was having issues finding my size around me and while searching I notice another site had the same Tazer I just ordered for $4300 on close out. I got the site I ordered from to price match and that is the only reason I decided to keep the Tazer. It’s also spec’d like a $9000 levo pro but for me I’m sure the alloy comp would be fine. Either way I’m very happy but I do see a Levo as my next machine, the motor is just too good and the frame and ergos feel amazing for me.

    Hi there. Interested in the range you get from your bike . I’ve just bought the 2023 turbo Levo alloy comp , what sort of ranges are you getting ? I know of depends on where your riding etc , I’d be interested to know your go to settings you use , you now adjust how much motor power and rider power you require . Love the bike. my old bike had a Bosch smart system , took a while for battery to bed in to get good ranges . Is this similar to the brose motor this bike has .? Thanks

  • @skuzzymtb6606

    @skuzzymtb6606

    3 күн бұрын

    For range I am able to get a 20 mile ride done in a day which is insane, and that's when I am absolutely cooked and can't physically ride anymore. That is also when the battery is drained. The 700 watt battery size is great, I don't think I even need more than that. And I'm also using boost mode quite a bit during the nastier climbs. I did adjust my settings in the App too. So I have shuttle at about 30% for the boost mode which helps a lot and eats more battery but I'm still able to put in a 20 mile day. It's wild.

    I rented one at kanuga bike park. @ 52 years old it changed everything. More laps, not tired and for me my knee wasn’t dead after climbing. (4 knee surgeries in same knee from racing). I’m in decent shape so I can grind it out but why? I’ve pushed , carried and cried more steel, alloy frames up hills in my younger days. I’ve raced DH since 98. So, having an e-bike is my next purchase. I’m getting the same bike. The day I rented one I got over 18 miles combined(climb and dh). The day before I rode my sentinel and did 4 laps in the time it took me to do 10. Double the fun a third of the effort. And if you’re feeling guilty. Just ride in eco mode. Plus! You can tow homies if you’re feeling really guilty. I had one in my pocket and offered tows to people and made a couple of new friends. Just wish they made a full 29 version in the turbo levo. Not a fan of the mullet. But, I can live with it.

    ECO is perfect for Downhill. Gives you just enough assistance when you need a couple cranks to hit a jump, or get up a climbing section that is in the middle of your favorite downhill trail.

    Does anyone know if it’s safe to replace the rear 27.5 wheel with a 29” wheel

    I have heard it is possible, but it may limit you in a few choice options for tires. You may have to change the head tube angle as well for it to feel like the original geometry. I would double check this is true though.

    Even though I agree with some of your comments but for an individual who has recently acquired their first e-bike, you certainly assert some unequivocal statements. I have possessed and ridden a diverse array of e-bikes over the past decade, yet I have never ventured to make some of the hasty judgments that you appear to be making. You need to ride your new bike for at least a few days if not weeks or months before making so many definitive judgements.

    I'll take a Canyon Spectral myself thanks. You gotta put better brakes on em but then you have a total beast of an ebike at a cheaper price than these overpriced Specialized bikes

    @@Kingmx912 I know some of the Tazer mx pros are down in price right now same with some Levo alloys. I love my Tazer. It’s heavy though. I also really liked the Levo I rode. If you can get a Tazer mx pro for between $4500-$5500 you might like the value of the components more. The brakes and suspension are top notch. The brake lever ergonomics isn’t great but those calipers work.
