Toyota just issued a massive recall for the Tundra engine failure and I would not consider either in the next 5 years

I'm just glad to see a positive video of our trucks rather than those random 1% who have unfortunately had bad issues with theirs. Every single make truck has issues, but here lately all I've seen is negative about the new Tundra. Thanks for the vid.

There is a recall issued for 22-23 tundras fore engine debris. That was most of the issues with engine failure.

It's not Tundra specific it's engine specific V35-FTA. I think it's also in the Lexus GX600. I'd say it's pretty significant since the dealers are only offering engine rebuilds or replacements and the failures are literally mostly on sub 50k mile engines.

How come you didnt wrap the side mirrors with PPF? You're good at it.

If you mean over the factory mirror cap, the main reason is because it doesn’t stick to textured finishes. But as for the new cape, I don’t think I’m at that skill yet to PPF something so curved lol I’m still figuring it out
