The 2022 Laguna Beach Trophy Invite track and field meet was held March 19 at Laguna Beach High School (CA). This is a lightly edited video of all of the 100M Dash races. Frosh-Soph followed by Varsity for each gender. Highlight is Max Thomas of Servite running a 10.55 wind legal in the last heat of the boys varsity.

@@DavidYoum I thought heat 1 is like the slower people? And then any heats above that(if there are any) is the faster ones right? Or is it just for organization? Just trying to understand

@@alyssasoutlet9484 I think every race is different. For my duel meet (just 2 schools) I had it where the first heat is the fastest. In like the invitationals I had it where the fastest kid would be in the middle and the slowest would be on the outside. It wouldn't matter what heat you were in really. So I don't know.
