Nice collection!!! That "assorted Hoya" around the 5:00 mark is a Hoya Macrophylla. They do have really attractive veining that looks a little similar to some terrestrial (Jewel) orchids, but hoya tend to have much thicker substantial leaves, where the Jewel Orchids have delicate thin leaves. Those tendrils that die and dry up can be removed, just make sure not to remove any that APPEAR "dead" but have green inside bc they will continue to grow and give leaves/flowers. 😊

Awesome! Thanks for the info and for watching 😺
I just found your channel and your vibe/personality is very soothing. Very enjoyable
Hi from Australia!! Love your plant collection, it's so lovely ♥️🌿 I'm also a sucker for trailing plants 🤗 yours are beautiful. Thanks for a great video!! Xx
I ve just loved it!!!thx!!!
It's nice not seeing every plant is super perfect. We may love our plants, but sometimes we just don't have the right lighting or know their care needs.
Hi! Good to see you MJ! As far as the home tour, I suggest doing floor-by-floor. I have never heard of leca but after doing some research, I think I want to pick some up for some of my plants who seem to struggle no matter what I do. Love your plants and I enjoyed your tour! I never thought I'd be a 'plant person' but I just love the life they bring to a space.

Hey lady! Good to see you too! LECA is definitely a savior for some of the plants I've struggled with! But the plants have an acclimation period to get used to it. It's also not as cheap as soil so I pick and chose what to put in it. I love the life they bring to a space too. Can't imagine an interior without them anymore :)
Tastefully decorated home. Enjoyed the tour.
I just ordered a copper spoon after seeing yours, I was looking for a succulent that is unusual, now I have found it.
Just came across your channel! I’ve been getting back into plants after a year of struggling to take care of them! I’ve been watching so many plant tours and yours has been my favorite so far!! I loved it! Subscribed 💗

i'm really only here for the plants. but i subscribed because i like your soothing non-obnoxious way of talking.
Quick tip for your succulents that looks really tall and you say it’s your favorite I might give you some advice to move it closer to a light because it’s stretching for light it could be at least I don’t know like what your plan is but that is the best advice I can give you
Hi MJ first time here and now new subbie! That ZZ in 5:15 is a Zenzi compact dwarf I have one as well and until recently it was on the struggle bus. Now it seems to be flourishing . Nice tour thanks for sharing your beautiful collection 😊
Lovely collection. ☺️💚💚💚

Beautiful ❤ I love live plants
You have a Hoya macrophylla! Beautiful tour ty
Beautiful and healthy plants 👌🍃🤍
Fun plant tour. You mentioned a few things along the way about your succulents. They all need much more sunlight than they seem to be getting. Right on windowsills that get some south sun in the morning preferably. I believe the tiny cream and gold plant you didn't know what it was is a Kalanchoe Copper Spoons 😀

Awesome 🥰 thank you for the tip you’re probably exactly right! I always think about their watering, but less about the amount of light they need. Thanks for watching!
Hi. I enjoyed the video. The hoya looks like a Macrophylia variegated. I just got one and they are nice.

Oh my goodness - I always used to confuse my chinese evergreen aglaonema for a dieffenbachia and I thought for *sure* my biggums was a dieffenbachia! Makes sense it's an aglaonema tho :) cause I always kill dieffenbachias... and this one is still alive! Thanks for the tip (& for making it that far)!
💚
I’d prefer all at once
nice !! i used to watch your hair vids lol and i've also become a plant mom over this summer like 2-40 lol!!! love this vid and i think a tour floor by floor would be easiest to do 🙂

Hi, I'm new here! Awesome plants you've got. You're absolutely right on the rhaphidophora by the way, mini monstera is a nickname, so it's not actually in the monstera family.

The 1 you called a Diffenbachia is actually a Calypso Aglaeonema Chinese Evergreen
Hi MJ! Touring room by room would be fun or however you want to do it. Either way, l will watch lol

Someone commented and told me it's a Kalanchoe Copper Spoon! Isn't she dreamy! 😍
HI. It is a string of rubies. I have mine on a soith facing window and bottom water her every 10 days. I gifted my mother in law one and she couldn't keep it alive.
Luv all the plants with the decor. So you just add the leca with water. And every so often had a liquid fertilizer?

Thank you love & thanks for watching! With the LECA, the first time before I add any cuttings or plants, I thoroughly rinse and soak the LECA for 24hr in water and fertilizer. The next day drain it and add a little fresh water and the cuttings. Then yes every few weeks after that I add a little more water and touch of *organic* fertilizer, one like the one I showed without chemicals that would burn the roots :) hope this helps!

@@mzimsosupadope8961 the smelllllllll 😩! I know it makes it almost unusable! The fertilizer I showed on screen smells like chocolate and works like a dream. Much preferred to my fish option that I only use if I’m out of the other 🤧
