2022 Lexus NX 350h Hybrid - DM Test Drive | Review

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The Lexus NX 350h is an excellent blend of style, tech, comfort, reliability, and efficiency. There are many people driving other cars who should be driving one of these.

If you don't want to use the lane change assist, don't hold down the signal. Just press the signal and it will signal 3 times by default. The number of times the signal blinks by just tapping it can be changed to max of 7 blinks No need to hold the signal to activate the lane change assist. You can turn off the lane change assist in the driver assist settings.

the reason i bought a 350H hybrid, the new acura RDX barely gets 20mpg, i need something to beat 100k trouble free miles that will start everytime so i canceled out german, the genesis is beautiful but burns a ton of gas too and not sure about new hyundai engines that havent been proven yet.

Am I the only one that REALLY values a 40/20/40 second row? It's probably the single most important second row feature for me. Power folding second row might be one of the things in a car I couldn't care any less about.

I am getting quite annoyed actually when reviewers mention the power folding like it's a big deal. Who the fuck cares???

@@Sartheris People aspire to sit in an office all day, and buy an expensive car with power folding seats so they don't have to fold them down by hand, then they get a gym membership to simulate physical labor.

Love the blue, I have a real soft spot for the new NX. I would love to buy one but the price jump is HUGE from the outgoing model. The new NX 350h is around £52k for a decent spec and the NX450h is over £62,000! Wasn't that long ago the RX was listed at those prices.

Knowledgable, thorough & informative review. It highlight a few differences between driving styles & priorities, firstly with a young versus older drivers I think. You say you drove for a week with a reasonable amount of motorway / highway driving. I am surprised you didn’t drive it in ECO mode and why not ?

Top notch review👌 Very impressed with the car and your review, it is my next purchase hopefully there will be another colour available next year as that’s the worst point feature for me. Don’t want another metallic grey, silver or black. The blue looks a little bright. Looking as if it might be white ❗️

I found the Genesis GV70 nicer designed but less useful and the drive train was not up to scratch. But the most important part is the reliability of that drive train...

Yesterday I got on the NX350h waiting list by placing a $1,000 refundable deposit. So far the dealership has only been getting Luxury and Premium trim versions and I would like a Base. Has anyone seen a Base model at a dealer?

Every time I see this interior it seems the center screen is big just for the heck of it. I never think, ‘boy that is an awesome design’. Other than that seems decent giving the fuel economy. Am curious how the plug in drives versus Rav 4 Prime.

Nice looking SUV but feel that the door handles are going to be a pain in the rear end if your in a cold weather climate with gloves on.

I own the 2022 450h+ F sport..In Atomic Silver Glows in the Sun Light with Lil" grey metal flake" and same Circut Red interior.. but with Electric battery...Has 306 Horse power 0 to 60 in 5.6 sec (Via Road and track at drag strip!.) This model DOES- NOT have a TURBO...But rather, a Naturally aspirated / Carb...........(important because it is well known that TURBOS stress engines)...simplysaid: see euro cars shop time!....this car combines the Elec Batt and engine to achieve *89 miles per Gallon in Hybred mode with HIGH torq, And VERY quick out of the hole...Jus' blew the doors off a 735i beemer...albeit for only a block ...( I am no dummy a V* will eventually pass many cars in the long dist. (in all fairness)......However, who cares the thrill is initial take off and tickets are for high speed & SPEED...Kill's! My car has Red Calipers against Powder coated Gloss spoke Black mags and All red "F" Sport Badges........ FAR better built than euro's (mine built in Japan) sadly, new releases are now being made in Canada! Like USA Union shops...no one gets fired for a hang over and bad work??? maybe)..... However, Lexus is Far more reliable...Far better Re-Sale that Euro beemers or mercedes.......indeed mine has Gone UP in price...Not many cars you can find Like that!... IF YOU CAN FIND ONE ANYWHERE do grab it!......"econ 101".....Has (3) elec. motors gett'n 0 to 60 in 5.6 sec (road and track) HIGH torque QUICK out of Hole!......Never do I use gas..... gett'n 42 miles per 120 Volt charge and NEVER USE GAS....and almost Silent operation in elec....So do your research......as this is Far better than any European beemer or mercedes that are depreciating the moment you drive off the lot BIG TIME! And are un- reliable offering to say nothing of the GAS HOG unproven G 70, & RDX not worth mentioning. Z Best of the BEST F Sport 450h+ !

I am confused. You said that the hybrid is better and it does not have the turbo? I do not like the idea of getting an plug in and it only gets 35 or miles on a charge..

Lexus should of made the engine more refined. The loud moaning when you hit the throttle sounds horrible, sounds like a camry or rav4 buts it a "luxury" vehicle.

You only hear it when you press it hard which is very very rare unless you're merging into freeways frequently imo. When you're driving regular mode, i.e. steady speed you don't hear the engine at all. Like zero

350h NX Premium is by far the pick of the litter. At this point no real competition until Acura RDX gets back in the game. NX Luxury package a total rip-off. Door handles, gear shift and noisy run flat tires are brutal oversights by Toyota.
