I just tried this car. Very confidence, so powerful, good handling, more premium interior than my alphard. I drive from KT to KL n try maintain 160-180kmh. Less body roll than alphard, x rasa angin masuk, x rasa laju......so nice!!! Minyak lebih jimat dri alphard.....Conclusion, try this car first before u buy alphard/vellfire. Haha. I said it bcz i used alphard.

I must say that many are skeptical about Korean cars from the pre-Schreyer days. From 2009/10 onwards they’ve been benchmarking against the Europeans and not the Japanese.

Im laughed at myself... 🤣🤣 im lucky it was just a giant mpv not a normal sedan.. And im actually thankful for the traffic.. 😝😝🙏🏼🙏🏼 i only drive this car for a few KM and hand it over to him. Just imagine u driving a car while sitting beside u was a 5 times rally champion.. U will become suddenly dont know how to drive.. 🙈🙈 Anyway it was a great honor for me to appear on this channel.. This MPV is an excellent even in jalan kampung. We went for a road trip from Melaka to Langkawi through Kuala Perlis Jetty, then from Melaka to Machang. Bought it during No GST period and never regreted it.

wah.... little to none tyre screeches👍👍👍 with diesel 440 Nm... Even 120 + km/h... Kia engineering knowhow improve exponentially...👏👏👏👏👏 Hope new distributor doesn't fail KIA as miserable as previous one...

The Aphard looks like a tall box. This one looks broad, low and planted. Certainly looks more stable and exudes more confidence in corners from the appearance alone.

I’ve driven the 2019 Alphard V6 before. The ride is horrible. Lots of body roll makes it very scary around corners, felt like it could roll over anytime. It is also very floaty on the highway, rear seat passengers are bound to get carsick. Such a shame because the powertrain has so much potential. The 300hp V6 combined with the 8AT pulls amazingly well. Clocked 7.2s to 100kmh

Seriously this mpv drive better than any other available mpv in the market. Its a car like to drive mpv.

It's fun looking at Nazz expression when uncle drove fast and not furious 😅. Very powerful car indeed. Waiting for chance ride with uncle...

KIA totally changed after 2009. They’re nothing like what they were before 2009 when Peter Schreyer came on board.

I just bought one! Before this i drove Ativa for one year and i can tell you... it's 3 times better than Ativa 😬

All kia or korean vehicle is very good handling because of their country 4 season weather and very slippery road in korea... Even the old kia sephia will not over turn in round about.....

Nice 1 uncle! This road is my favourite route. But at night, is more fun to drive. No lights & very dark. Actually, Perak state have so many kind of this road.. enjoy Perak..

I always saw drivers will brek during corners because of overpower into the turn..that not good..i'm always brek before corner so during corner, just slightly gas for power...very impressive..simple yet many many people can't

I tested both cars and went for Carnival, easy decision to make.

If it goes up to 19" or 20" wheels, the carnival will be perfect for cornering

I have test drive this Carnival for 5 hours(SOCAR), memang betul senang bawa dan tak rasa seperti driving kereta besar. very nimble.

One thing i love about ys khoong is the camera angle when test drive (camera point to jalan bukan tembak mukaaaa)

hi guys..usually a new car will be tested to drive .. try to test drive a car that is more than 4 years old and how does it feel. only then do we know the condition of the car whether it is durable or not

We do have some tests done on used cars. Nothing wrong with testing new cars because buyers want to know how the new car drives. Everybody knows cars will deteriorate after some time, and so do I, but that is not the point of our test.

Nice to see Uncle with some of my favourite KZreadrs! So when is Nazz going to let Uncle drive his RX-8 up the hills? Can't wait!!!

We did not test.

I noticed only the Carnival you are driving have grab handle at driver's side but not front passenger. Ask Tai Choo Yee. His video review shows the Carnival do not have grab handle at driver's side.

I have driven there before, and also from Kuching to KK before, when the road conditions were bad. It is not about speed, but avoiding the potholes, so it is nothing to dare me to drive. 😂

Good review but the test drove was only with 3pax...should test with 4-5 family size & baggages for 1 week at least....that is the purpose of this car..test drove with empty seat of course feels nicer...😉

There were 4 persons in the vehicle. And we had camera equipment. Well, what you see is what you get. If we do 5 persons, some body will say we should do 11: cannot please everybody.

just wan to know the ground clearance of this car. I was thinking of fortuner because off the road conditions at my place but after watching this i totally falling in love with KN carnival driven by my favourite rally uncle 👍👍👍

Uncle YS Khong, which one do you prefer actually to be honest ? Is it Kia Carnival or the new Alphard/Vellfire ? In terms of driving when taking corners, body rolls, acceleration response, braking power etc. Driving feels to be exact. 🤔

When you select a vehicle like this, space is the number one priority. If it handles well it is a bonus. The new Alphard also handles very well.
