Dynamic Drive, and Handling;
Tucson offers both Smartstream 2.5-liter, direct-injected, four-cylinder, gasoline powertrain and powerful 1.6-liter, turbo, direct-injected, hybrid or plug-in hybrid powertrains. The 2.5-liter engine has an estimated output of 190 PS and an estimated torque rating of 182 lb.-ft. This engine is coupled to an 8-speed automatic transmission for excellent efficiency and acceleration.
The 1.6-liter hybrid powertrain produces an estimated 180 PS, with a combined powertrain output of 230 PS. It also produces 195 lb.-ft. of torque from the gasoline engine and 258 lb.-ft. of torque from the combined hybrid powertrain. This new powertrain uses Continuously Variable Valve Duration (CVVD) technology that manages valve opening duration for optimal power, efficiency and emissions with minimized compromise.
Tucson was tuned to deliver agility and stability. Hyundai applied its first-in-class E-Handling technology for HEV and PHEV models to help improve steering response and directional stability when cornering or in adverse driving conditions. Tucson drivers get further assistance from Hyundai’s HTRAC all-wheel-drive system that provides sure footing on various road surfaces and conditions. While HTRAC previously supported Eco / Comfort / Smart / Sport driving modes, the latest version adds Mud, Sand and Snow in some markets.
Tucson offers more safety features than ever. The Hyundai SmartSense safety feature suite includes: Highway Driving Assist (HDA), Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) with pedestrian detection, Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Blind-Spot View Monitor, Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW), Surround View Monitor, Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (RPCA), Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA), High Beam Assist (HBA), and Driver Attention Warning (DAW). The all-new Tucson is available with advanced technology features including Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) with Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) Advanced Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop and Go and Safe Exit Warning (SEW).

Getting into the all-new Tucson’s sophisticated and spacious interior, or INTERSPACE, is like entering a neatly organised room where everyday concerns disappear. Inside, space, technology and information intersect harmoniously.
The seamless integration of segment-leading technology provides all-new Tucson customers with an advanced and fully-customisable digital experience. The new 10.25-inch AVN-T screen fills the centre of the vehicle. Hyundai’s designers dispensed with physical knobs and buttons, so all AVN and heat, ventilation and air conditioning functions are controlled via touch, making it the first Hyundai model to feature a full touchscreen console. High-quality soft-touch materials appear throughout the interior, lifting the look and feel to a new level, while new indirect air vents start from the doors and flow to the centre console.
Hyundai has combined its efficient and responsive 48-volt mild hybrid technology with the 150 PS 1.6-litre T-GDI, which will be available with six-speed Intelligent Manual Transmission (6iMT) and a seven-speed dual clutch transmission (7DCT). Another well-balanced option is the 1.6-litre T-GDI with 180 PS, which will be offered with six-speed iMT with two-wheel drive in addition to 7DCT with four-wheel drive. Meanwhile, the 136 PS 1.6-litre CRDi 48V mild hybrid engine arrives with 7DCT and either four- and two-wheel drive.
A plug-in hybrid version of the all-new Tucson with a 1.6-litre T-GDI engine and 265 PS will also be available to customers. More details will be revealed closer to the market launch in 2021.

In love with this interior. If you guys have a look at all the Hyundai cars of 2021, you'll see they did an incredible good job at the interiors, they all seem to be super futuristic and technologically advanced, almost ahead of their time. In love with how they keep on pushing the boundaries of design and safety. ♥️🇰🇷❤️
The interior is fantastic, unlike some luxury models like mercs and audis that have a cheap looking iPad sticking on the dashboard. Well done, Hyundai.

Jedno takové vlastním, mild hybrid a musím před touto značkou opravdu smeknout. Kam až to tato automobilka dokázala posunout za pár let vývoje, Jednoznačně pakec nahoru. Prozatím jsem s tímto vozem nadmíru spokojen.

Its been great! I do enjoy it a lot. I did have a major hiccup with it when purchased but ever since, its been a very comfortable ride. (Not the best on gas however)
I just bought a 2022 Tucson SEL the convenience package so it doesn't have the fancy interior lights. But it's just as beautiful and comfortable. I love this vehicle 😄.

The infotainment system layout reminds me of a Jaguar. The steering wheel reminds me of an Audi A6 or a8.

No, they KILLED them with the Genesis line up. Everyone will want the GV60 when it comes out. They're only competition looks like it comes from them with the Ioniq5 and the EV6 GT.

100k warranty is only US. I got brand new stinger in korea, its 37k mile(60,000km) 3year warranty..

Hyundai did a great job in designing the interior/exterior👏👏👏🏁😎🏁 👍👍👍👍👍, a lot of high selling points. I hope the Tucson interior got some really good intensive direct Sunlight testing from multiple angles of the instrument cluster and infotainment screens far as being able to clearly and vividly see them in direct Sunlight either with or without a glass roof of sorts.👍
