i have cb500x and i would like to have this one in my garage too.

I was very close to buying a NC750 until I took one of these out,can't believe how good this 350 is.

With a conventional scooter setup it's almost impossible to make a scooter that can take on real off road tracks. Even the x-ADV can't do much more than this. If you would have a scooter who is really serious about it, it would need at least 200mm of travel and even 17 inch wheels would maybe just be enough at the back. At the front you would want a 19 inch wheel. With the wide seat that would mean that even people who are 1.90 meters would struggle to flat-foot it and it would cost about the same as an african twin and be even heavier. I think if you want something like this, just consider a real off road bike and if you don't wanna swich gears, Honda has the DCT on the african twin too 👌

I however want a sporty scooter. I considered the Maxsym TL 508 but now in Switzerland it costs 2'000 more than before, it is much heavier, has less space, is not much faster and all this stuff. Yes the suspension is even better than on this one but since it's about 40kg's heavier than the Honda the Honda should be more fun on curvy roads and it can take on some light off road, which you don't wanna do with the Maxsym. I life in Switzerland and here we have some of the most fun rouds but there we are allowed to drive 80kph most of the time and on the highway it's not more than 120. Here you don't have much heavy off road roads that you are allowed to drive on and the Honda can take at least 90% of what it's allowed to drive on. So it would be just perfect for me. With the Smartcase on top you have 100 liters of storage so you can go on a 1 week road trip easily and go buy some stuff for atleast one week uf you are alone. Get a medium backpack and if you life alone you don't even need a car anymore. If the weather is that bad you can't drive with this anymore, i would not want to take a car either so it has all and more i could wish for

Sounds like a fabulous thing. If only Honda would bring the x adv to Australia. In the meantime....to wait for one of these and sell my x max or not.

It looks good, think it's only designed to look like it would go off road, but not in the real world, hopefully it will come to the UK, and not be over priced like the xadv,

Yeah I think it's ideal for the UK. Every road here is what Dutch and Germans would call off road. This looks capable of dealing with a bit of random camber, lacking drainage and resulting pot holes.

Yeah I noticed too. The ADV 350 is nice but no match for the more mature and even sportier design of the X-ADV.

@@hermanstokbrood Have you ridden the X-ADV? They are heavy, hot between the legs, and have so much electronics you're bound to have problems with, and it's twice the price.

Ordered a New ADV 350CC and paid a Deposited in February. Not arrived yet. Very poor service Mr, Honda. Not good enough.

If my PCX 150 wasn't so good...

I’d buy one because of the price of gas in California and the rough roads that we have here

Foreal getting rid of my truck and grabbing 1 of these... The hell with these gas prices over it 😂

I think any presentation of a motorbike should include a taller rider. 6ft or taller. A ten year old boy doesn't give much prospective

@@LeisureMotoTV Well, Barry is right. The guy driving the ADV is a lot smaller than my 16 year old son. At 6"1' (187cm) I probably will be disappointed seeing/driving the 350 in real life.

No. Top speed doesn't touch the Xmax and it has an extra 50cc. But it has nice features.

@@andorszen The Xmax is cheaper here in the US than this will be. Much cheaper. The only real thing better about the ADV 350 is the screen that displays info.

@@VegitoBlackityBlackadjustable windscreen, better tyres, better suspension. Did you read any review at all? The Xmax is £250 more expensive in the UK. Just doesn't make sense. XMAX is so out dated. Hasn't change in the last 10 years. Even the Forza could be a better choice which is £350 cheaper. Yamaha has to wake up.

Interesting bike...pity about the robotic, scripted commentary though.
