My 2022 Grom in Candy Blue should be coming in any time now. I can't wait. I have a ton of parts that have already come in, just waiting on the bike now.

Hi Talon, cool bike! You might want to consider investing in a magnetic parts tray. It’ll save you the hassle of losing the small nuts, bolts and screws.

I know it’s a little lat but hairspray really helps on grip installs. Lube the piss out of the grips with the spray then slide them right on! Wait about and hour and the spray sets and locks the grips right in place!! Great upgrades already boss!

So stoked for this series. I actually just did an install on the pro taper bars on my CRF250L - they're honestly a must have. Hyped to see the van setup you get with this grom!💪 💪

The mods are great!

I have the Honda Minis on my 2020 Grom and I think they fit perfect. I also have some 1” bar risers to bring em up a little bit. You made the bar install seem like a breeze. Stoked ton watch your build series

Nice! I'd love to see a dualsport or scrambler build with dirt tires and that front round LED headlight.. I've seen a picture of one and it looks sick! I'm thinking they had 3 offroad type GROM builds. Scrambler, dualsport and Adventure.. Great job on the bars! You are living my dream lifestyle man.. Camper van, garage full of all the toys I want, with exception of the Polaris sxs.. I'd go a different route, but that's alright.. haha.. Way different terrain from where I live I'm guessing.. Over powered for our trails..

Just dropping my two cents: Thank you for the tip on the tape, extremely helpful. I opted for a set of protaper 1 1/8, CR high rise. IMO they’re too wide for my preference. I’m prolly going to buy both the Honda minis, and then the klx and see which ones I prefer. When I mocked everything, my hole placement seemed to be pretty good, but after all is said and done, I’m just too particular to accept where I done drilled it. Lol. I also went with the motion pro quick twist throttle, but had a bitch of a time reconnecting the ferrule ends. I took care not to mar them up with pliers, but none the less, It feels ‘off’. Maybe it’s just psychosomatic.

I think if you remove the center foam part of the handle bars you’ll be able to access the key hole easier and probably be able to see the screen again

Is there a chargeport on it so you can charge your phone while you drive? Or will you be mounting one?

Does that crossbar pad block your view of the instrument panel? Also, would those bars hit the KNEES of a six foot rider?

I have a 2018 grom. I went on a 150 mile ride this past weekend WOT most of the time . I get back home check oil. And was low on oil. Thinking it's burning it. Any issues with your grom like that.

Can I install that same mirror on the stick end Handel since it is not a perfect cylinder shape? It kinda has a bit of a narrow shape from inside to outside.

Stupid question. I’m going to do the pro taper bar swap but if I choose not to change out the throttle and grips, do they slide off and back on as one piece?

Just picked up my 2022, what is the name of the rear turn signal relocation setup and LED lights?

Is there enough room to slide each grip over more for bar end mirrors? Mine are clamp style that attach at the end of the bars next to the grips

Is there a Grom sized bike that has a 150cc motor and will take grom attachments? I am a big guy (250) and will be taking short stints on the highway (65 - 70mph) down in the Ozarks (hills). I want to customize my bike too and just wanted to know if there are Grom parts to fit. Planning on removing the airbox...adding air filter. Swapping the exhaust for a nice dual high setup. replace the tail light and turn signals for integrated brakight/turn signal/license plate unit mounted on a stunt bar system. Not sure what else I will be doing but might go for a bigger better looking speedo. Any suggestions?

hi, have you adjust the throttle cable? because I install the same handle bar with protaper pillow top throttle tube, but the throttle tube will get stuck when bike turn right while turn left is normal.

Being a new rider I wouldn’t recommend a grom you’ll grow out of it fast. If your talking about clothes I would go green/yellow but always assume they can’t see you and ride proactively

I wouldn’t really recommend a grom unless you just want a toy, I think most people would be happier with a real motorcycle

Do you need your reflectors.

I have suggested this over the yrs to others but no one can see it maybe I’m just crazy but if u replace the front fender with the monkey fender and keep it up high like the monkey the grom will look like a dirt bike. But maybe it’s too hard to do idk
