Rode the 2022 Duotone Evo a few times in the last couple of weeks. Agree bar pressure is light to medium. Also this year model apparently went through a redesign, to make it slower more lofty and boosty. 2021 was way to damn fast. I was quite impressed with the 2022 jump capability.

I think they (Ralf Grosel) redesigned the SLS EVO which was too close to the Dice. The main change is the pulleyless bridle since 2021.

Thanks for the review on the new EVO. I would be interested to know how the Evo 2022 range compares with a Rebel 13M. As you know Rebels are famous for having a huge range. I’m hoping to limit my kite purchase to 2 kites 13M and a 9M.

How is it for learning unhooked? I want to build a quiver of 3 kites and I wonder if I should go 8/10 - evo + 13 dice or 8/10/13 all evos. I want to learn unhooked in low wind on the 13, will unhooking on evo be much harder than on dice?

How do I fly my d lab Neo and d lab juice ?? Trust bar with high V or low V? What is recommended ??

Great question-all Duotone kites fly on the High-V with either the Trust or Click Bars. 🤙🏽 Make sure to refer to your detailed user manual as well, as it will show you everything you need to know about the bar and how to properly connect it to your kite. Good winds! -Aaron

I've had 2016 rebels and have recently changed over to evo's, i have to say that they must have radically changed the rebel since 2016, for you to say that the rebel has less bar pressure than the evo..
