Yes love it, my favorite car

On the manual 5.7s and 6.4s, you get a 3.90 rearend gear. Auto scat packs have a 3.09. That 3.90 down low definitely makes the 5.7 a little rowdy in low gears.

Ok ok !!! That explains it! This thing absolutely has a low end attitude something fierce!! Honestly at the low end cannot tell the difference between this and my charger scat !!

I just picked up a 2020 RT Frostbite with only 12K miles for 30k. It has an 8spd auto, 8" display and the performance pages. I had no intentions of ever selling my 09 Tor red 6spd SRT8 but that frostbite blue just grabbed me. So far, I like it better than my ex SRT8 I drove for 8 years. The only thing I miss so far is the stereo in the SRT8. The RT is surprisingly quick on the bottom end. It's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow. LOL

The sunroof on these cars takes up an enormous amount of headroom, so that could definitely be the reason for your feeling like you're up higher. I'm 6' 5" and I tried sitting in a Challenger with a sunroof and it was a total no-go, whereas my Challenger (without sunroof) feels like it has tons of headroom for me.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I'm realizing as I spend more time in it that it absolutely loses headroom with the sun roof. I'm 6'2" so it's noticeable. Thanks for the comment!

I’m getting mine today, I actually had a deal already for 45k on a 2023 base RT all black but I cancelled delivery yesterday because I found a 2022 RT plus but it’s red but the deal is very good. It’s 32k and the car has 18k miles. I’m getting it today and I hope for no surprises to since mines used, opposed to the 2023 I had cancelled delivery on. Yours looks sweet man. You getting an exhaust on it?

Wow! Sounds like a real nice deal - don’t blame you for cancelling. I went through same process - I had an RT on order then found this one and cancelled. Hard to swallow going over 50k for one. I think you did the smart thing. As far as exhaust I’m enjoying the stock set up now but I’m definitely looking. Are you gonna modify the exhaust? Let’s us know if you do!

Question? On a R/T when you get the Performance Handling Group, aside from the Bembro’s brakes, what is the difference? Suspension?

I heard this a lot so I went and sat in both cars before I ordered my 2023 Scat Pack. I’m 6’3” and I fit perfectly fine with my sunroof, still plenty of headroom. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My suggestion, drive the Challenger RT on airport runways only. You will avoid all types of debris therefore , you will not have any dents or things to cause paint chips. I've done zillion of FOD "foreign object damage" walk downs on 3 aircraft carrier flight decks (USS Forrestal, USS Independence, and USS Kitty Hawk). Also at military air fields, runways and taxi ways. I would believe the same is done at Speedways/ Race Tracks. Vehicles are not perfect or flawless, future events unknown. Sadly, the prior owner just could not keep up with minor damages on a 1 year old car.
