Sadly cars nowadays are all about DRLs and touchscreen.
After such aggressive cost cutting, they need to price it aggressively as well.
A bit of disappointing trend in India these day. This is even seen with educated folks. They want all the gimmicks like sunroof, wireless charger, huge touch screens etc in a entry level car and they don't give a shit about the basics like good engine, mechanicals, safety. I genuinely think Citroen C3 has realised the gap and played smartly. If you are someone who wants a CAR and not a smartphone, chances are your shopping stops with C3. I want cars like these succeed. In reality though, mechanically compromised, feature rich cars like MG, Kia, and Hyundai have succeeded.
The Alto, India's one of the largest selling smallest car with no power, cycle tures and scary ride even in city , offers same type of features( or lack of it) and still commands 5l tag ! And everyone here wants C3 to come at a cheaper price . LOL
As a British man I find it so strange how awful the equipment are on these variants. 2 airbags? Really? We have at least 6 normally in the uk, and how cheap have they made it?! Not even got electric mirror adjusters
I quite liked this vehicle.. basic, neat looking, great power and a plush ride! What else do one need in a driver's car!.. good they did not give fancy features as standard, that can keep the cost in check. Wish Citroen C3 success.

It's biggest strength is also what the Tata Punch boasts about - Great ride quality. So which one will be better, I wonder. Hope the C3's prices are competitive given the number of features it comes without.
A car with bare minimum features and options to curate the car with accessories as per one's preference is much better than getting ready made packages with an expensive accessories list. Pricing of the car and accessories list will be key for citroen. Getting a shell car and personalising it within budget will be a remarkable experience.
Hopefully this one makes citroen slightly more mainstream
The turbo engine seems to be best in its class but pricing will play an important role

Citroen has missed out on many features that come standard on cars in this segment. Sales will be impacted because of this, potential customers will walk away when they have to shell out extra cash for accessories that come as standard in other models.
Citroen is doing the same mistake as Ford has done in the past, not providing the basic features that a car of their segment provides. Fingers crossed for Citroen. 👍

Designer is courageous and obviously exerts high influence on the management board for providing the dimpled dashboard
Other sub 4 meter cars all have very basic suspension, they are noisy. I think the c3 is giving very good air conditioning and suspension setup. It’s just the Choise what’s more important for the buyer. I would personally take the better AC and suspension instead of removable headrest
Same car in international market gets bundle of essential features which is missing in India 🇮🇳 version. It’s high time Citroen must take India seriously
C3 looks distinct , good ride quality , practicality and reasonable pricing will make big place in the indian market
The 1.2 Turbo variant with 6 Speed Manual will be enthusiast's favourite
C3 is aimed for matured audience...who needs a secondary rugged, minimalist second car...no nonsense just performance
Not everyone middle class ppl go with technical aspects.....only features will drag them to buy......even u have best engine, best torque, best suspension.....but only features can make them buy.........

Only strength of C3 is outstanding ride quality and handling. If diesel engine is given is would be a nice option...
Best part is it’s a driver’s car , driving dynamics are never been need for Indian buyers nor auto car but very few left in Indian car market

Don't understand the obsession with touchscreens these days, Instead they should provide basic features like electrically adjustable orvm, central locking, power window controls on the door. Also why there is no automatic? People in cities(which is where it's going to sell) these days prefer automatics
They should have provided electrically adjustable ORVMs, central locking and better door handles.. other missing features are still ok, if one wants they can purchase as accessories.
The Best review I got from Autocar,No Alloys,Rear wash and wipe,Sunroof,Adjustable Headrests front and rear seat,No Projector or led HEADLIGHTS,Power mirrors switch and power windows switch buttons are from old santro xing,Zero Citroen Dealer in NorthEast

I have been really interested a lot with the c3 car, but i'm not able to figure out the right online resource to look about all the available accessories for this c3 car. If you can help us with that info it will be more helpful. I'm especially looking about the option of getting a rear parking camera attached to a feel variant, from Citreon itself. And also will like to know if there is any option to get a rear wiper a d defogger added to it?
Looks like another 'Peugeot Strategy for India' in making! No electrically controlled ORVM, flap style door handles, Alloy wheels is optional even in the top trim model, no AT, etc to name a few. Couldn't find a rear wiper/ defogger as well.

If you've noticed that there's a shift indication on the left hand side of the gear position indicator.
Finally hearing someone talking about a 'hatchback'. Good to see the hatchbacks coming back to life.
They should've given some of the modern features as they are a new competitor to impress the buyers

In 2022, you launch a car without rear power windows in its top trim and manual adjustments for mirror, alongside a long list of misses... This is destined to be a failure!!!

Look Interesting package, but really should add some basics such as electrically adjustable orvms, most important must need rear wiper, defogger especially due to unpredictable and increased rainy season

For me the biggest miss has to be the rear wiper. that’s where Hyundai/Kia are very smart to know where to do cost cutting. They could have given a basic speedometer and tachometer instead of that digital. The air con vents is really badly designed. Maybe they can rectify this when they launch the automatic variant. They can give rear wiper , central locking button on door , and electronically adjustable mirrors and different air con vents (that does look highly impossible although at this stage). Btw is there manual or auto dimming middle mirror? #autocarindia.

brilliant dashboard , but it hurts to see the window switch and tacho cost cutting in this segment.
Okay. My friend just got the Punch and the ride quality exceeded my expectation, with necessary features like rear camera. Now, with such features missing even on the highest end, citroen should start this not higher than 4.99

If price placed under 6.5 lakhs for topend then it will get sale if more priced.. with that features we can put a garlands on it. It’s only have old alto k10 features.. 🙂🙃🙂🙃

I didn't like this car I think Tata Punch is way better not just only in look but also in quality. Don't think Citroen will be able to capture high sales mark with this car as well they need to do a lot more to impress customers.
It would sell like hot cakes if priced near Celerio, WagonR segment. Also, Missing central locking is stupid.

Citroën did the same mistake as ford did in figo next gen, the catalytic converter is popping down, which will make big hassle while manoeuvring on unscientific speed humps.
This car will fail with all those missing features as it's rivals have them. If you are launching in a new segment of a fairly new market for your company you need to go all out and provide the customer maximum bang for the buck. Citroen has missed a trick here.
They should sale 3 to 4 variant other wise like other car company in india
