Thanks for posting. Love those mirrors, but don't want to give up the blinkers. Shame they did not incorporate blinkers into their mirrors. Looking forward to see how you address the blinkers. :)

I know this is from two years ago but u can get aftermarket blinkers installed for the bike

I installed these on my S1000RR recently For the indicators, I went with Rizoma Leggera. They attach to a bracket underneath the Stealth mirrors and stick out from underneath the fairings. They look absolutely amazing and I get comments from everyone. Not cheap, but worth it.

Looking good mirrors, Rizoma have light mounting parts for these mirrors. But you may already know that. Anyway here they are, Light unit FR070BM, holder FR440B, mount kit FR442B, wire kit EE078B. Good Luck Bill👍

It's OK visibility. Worse than OEM.

What are those resistors called I am looking to buy those as well for my motorcycle

You said “no blinkers”, does unplugging the mirror blinkers disable the headlights blinking when you activate the turn signal switch?

Thanks for the video, ordered the same mirrors and waiting for shipment. I just ordered the bst rapid tek from motowheels, can I use the original rotors and other parts from OEM wheels on the bst? It's 3 months of wait time 😂😂

You'll need an aftermarket sprocket for sure. Also, not sure which wheels you currently have, but you may need different rotors as there's different rotors on the cast vs forged wheels. Try brooks performance, they're a bigger dealer for the bst wheels and it looks like they may have em in stock. We used the coupon code MooreMafia5 before for 5% off, $200 on the wheels 😅

There's no resistors. There's an option in the back menu to simply turn them off.

I always wondered about the blinkers, I initially wanted this...... but the turn signals

Bike is looking sweet, love those Rizoma mirror/Winglets. Debating what my second bike will be for 2022, my current bike is a 2022 SF V4S Dark Stealth and now I want either a Panagali v2, BMW S1000rr or R1. 🤔 Even considering a Ducati Hypermotard 😉

You're not supposed to look back. Also in the event of a crash there's no glass on track.

Have Manny send over a pair of Roundel lights for a temporary signal light solution. Not to many good how to’s on installing them on the web

They are not resistors I think. They are just dust blockers. Can you confirm cali Moto?

How do you reset or remove the Message code for the turn signal?

All that money and they didn't put lights in it, I have the same bike I just got mine last month I'm watching to see all the upgrades you put on yours so I can get some ideas

Thank you for the review but I thought you should mention that the visibility on those Mirrors are very bad compared to the original ones I had used them on my s1000RR and I remove them immediately after 2 hours on the street You only see your elbows and a little bit of the street too bad they look very nice

It's not the best but it's not much worse than any of the bar end mirrors.

isn't the error still come out even with the plug in? the only way for me to remove it is to turn on track mode which will turn off the connectivity.

No there's no mounting points on the bike since there's no fairing.

So what about the front turn signals?

They're not resistors. They're just dummy plugs. They came with the tail.

We don't have one because we don't put this kind of stuff on our motorcycles. It's a sport bike, not a touring bike.

Not sure why you call a pain to accomplish something so simple but ok... normally takes me about 5 minutes to do it for the track days. Other thing is if you compare the price of the Rizoma vs the oem 500ea they are not rhat expensive lol. Thanks for the video but for people without experience probably would be mislead by the intro thinking the process was super hard.

It's not misleading. On the new s1000rr you have to take windshield off to get to the plugs for the indicators. That alone is a pain in the rear end. All these bolts aren't really designed to be constantly taken on and off, we do 1-3 track days a month . We stand by our statement.

And they have blinkers built in and swivel.

On the track, they will act against you. If you're looking for downforce, you need a curved surface on the bottom, and flat on top. These will simply induce drag and wind noise, both surfaces being flat.
