This is the sweet spot in the 5 series lineup More livable than the M5 and a cut above the rest of the lower models. Perfect road trip car.

I would imagine any twin turbo V8 would be a good cruiser.

Hell yeah.

This is what I would describe as a handsome car. Best looking BMW in the current lineup and in a long time.

This one is weird spec. Bowers and Wilkins, base/Dakota leather, 668m wheels with runflats, individual piano black trim… no cooled seats, no nappa leather, no alcantara headliner, no executive package, guessing no M-professional suspension. Who TF ordered this?

Executive package is boring. Vented seats aren’t needed unless you live somewhere hot. Those are the upgraded wheels. There’s no option called “M professional suspension.”

Solid option and a better value than an M5C. But the M5Comp is built on a different frame that is more robust. Several techs at Bullet Performance have said it is worth the money as M5's are in the shop much less often than 550i's. To each their own.

BMW did hell of a job with their base v8s where you’ve got to bring in the real amg or audi s to compete with a non-m car.

Sweet ride!! truly the ultimate driving machine!!

Less is more, this car is stealth classy and everything looks proportional, not to mention that V8 that gives more than enough punch to have some fun but it's not insane like those M5 comps.

One of my favorite BMWs especially in all black but man they need to update the interior so bad and get softer leather please because the only thing stopping me from buying one is those hard seats

I break in my seats by wearing only a jock strap. A few trips thru Taco Bell drive up and the seats soften up.

I ordered mine with the vented nappa leather seats with massage. That should help.

The Nappa leather seats are out of this world. Worth the upgrade. I have them in my ‘22 540i

Run flats. Why do you need a spare?

M550 is the beggar's M5: 90% of the fun for 60% of the pice.

Love the M550i but hate their packaging though..no ventilated seats 💺 😒 and no tri zone climate control 4 the rear..the earlier models had it..cost cutting smh..u better off get a 2019 M5 4 a less price

I’m getting close to a year on m550. No problems so far. I had 2014 5 series as well. Had no problems for 6 years.

@@joeb3805 Year + on my '21 m550i, no problems just sweet drive and stealth. A conservative sedan style with 3.6 sec 0-60... and zero problems on the 2014 X3 3.5 I had traded in....
