Actually BMW supports Alpina, the cars get assembled by BMW to Alpinas specs. Seats and interior is then made in-house by Alpina.

I think Alpina received the car from BMW in body-in-white form, which means its chassis are assembled minus the motor and the trims. Then Alpina goes to assemble the car itself with in-house motor and paint along with their own VIN, and later on conjoined with the interior bits. To say Alpina's cars were assembled by BMW is a bit of under appreciation for Alpina😅. And no, totally not like Brabus

lol, when they said peanut butter I scoffed as well. That's not a color I've seen people call PB, and my PB doesn't look like that. Must be the Canadian version of PB mixed with maple syrup! True peanut butter to me is the E39 M5's PB interior.

So dope that you guys got this among the first reviewers as I think you guys mentioned - Love the 8 GC overall and this is of course the GC on steroids...love the interior combo (though I'm not a fan of actual peanut butter LOL) and yeah the body kit does enhance really nicely (opened up the BMW site and compared side to side. Great review as always guys.

What a awesome spec - Alpina green on the outside, peanut butter and cream on the inside. Never would I have even imagined such a combination. But this is sooo amazing to see on TSP. This is the first Alpina B8 I've seen. Thank you both for another outstanding automobile review. 👍

Lol the tow truck driver is the last thing id be concerned about what a weird thing for him to say

That car is insane. The interior isn't my bag, but it is really well done, to the point the black steering wheel looks wrong.

I drove an 850xi 4-door recently and it was an awesome car, the license plate on the bumper is such a clean look too. The current BMW lineup is pretty sweet rn I like their current models a lot compared to the other German manufacturers they’re getting great designs with sporty engine options on every model.

Absolutely beautiful car, one of my favourite bmw’s i’ve seen in awhile.

The 8 Gran Coupe is my favorite BMW in-person the quality level has skyrocketed even since the past TWO years, and it's so comfortable with the standard seats.

@@DEVILTAZ35 Because they are, that's the classic/different factor about this car, it's a signature, Alpinas without the classic wheels are pointless, if it was a regular 8 series or m8 wheel it would be trash.

The green does look good, save for the wheels. That’s a FANTASTIC looking interior b one of the best looking interiors I’ve seen in a while. Yuri, can you do a mock up? From the side the B8’s looking a little Stingerish…. The rear too. Head room needs to be increased by three inches. Thanks for the video guys! Too bad there’s no 5 seat option.
