You can put nylon spacer in after seal so the clip goes against it and no issues with clip on seal.

Gotta do this job on my '22 300 Race. Thanks for the videos.

The year model of my beta race is 2021

Hi Jarod. Your videos are exceptionally helpful. I'm based in New Zealand and have a 2021 Beta 430 race edition. Would you supply parts to New Zealand?

Having purchased a 22 300 Racing, your uploads are v appreciated. Q. How much should the forks be pushed back up through the triple clamp? Is there a stock setting which you use?

Good Morning, thank you for watching our videos I appreciate it! Typically the KYBs mount to where the outer fork tube is just barely above the upper triple clamp. Since I can't upload a picture with this I'll suggest laying a nickel on the triple clamp and matching both sides to that height. Of course customers can change that to fit their riding styles. Hello and thanks for the videos. My question is I rebuilt my KYB forks on my 22 Yamaha 250x and did the inner oil change pumping out the air ten plus times all bubbles seem to be gone. First ride after front was stiff and bouncy. I stopped and opened the bleeder screws and a shot of air came out larger pshhht than normal. After that it seemed good. Is this normal?

I'm sure there was still some air built up in your forks. It's extremely hard to get it all out. I think you did the right thing. Enjoy the ride, Jared

Can you swap the guts of the kyb forks with the stock beta 500 forks?

Did you have to back out the clickers. I followed this video but later say others say you have to back them out?

Good question! Yes they recommend backing the clickers out. In honesty I have not seen an issue when customers do not. You should be good to go. Enjoy the ride, Jared

I have beta 300 rr race, how do I soften the front fork?

Good Morning, typically I would recommend a softer spring rate, there is a chart on the Beta USA website that you can check out for your weight. Good Morning, I do not know much about the Rieju bikes but KYB does seem to come standard on quite a few different brands. I am pretty sure that the internal settings are going to be different between the brands based on the bike manufactures request. Thanks, Jared.

Good Evening, actually Mark runs stock suspension.. I can throw the kid on a 125cc (which he raced for a season) or put him on his 350 and he always seems to be a top 5 rider no matter what.. pretty discouraging for the rest of us lol... Enjoy the ride, Jared
