Awe inspiring and truly fascinating. The way you transition your movements have always astounded me. Each set of these techniques required multiple replays with slow motion. 2:23 Is one I would like to try. Best of practice to you!

2:23 Is one I would like to try. In this technique, the scabbard is turned over just before the sword is pulled out and returned immediately after the sword is pulled out.

In Japanese, it is called ``futokoro'', which means to poke in the space close to the opponent's chest.

It is over 1kg. We do not measure it accurately.
