This should have been the new Discover. The pulsar badge promises more and this under delivers. Badging it as Discover would subvert people's expectations and this bike definitely would surpass expectations... Would be a hit. Ever since Dominar (a good bike imo), Bajaj has lost their sense of direction with branding

I think it’s deliberate decision, make it look any better and it would eat into sales of 160

back few years back... i bought 220 pulsar for mere 77000 now they are selling the 150 variant for 1.10 lakhs jeez

Bs4, bs6, fi, abs, gst28%, rising fuel cost, manufacturing cost, r&d for new design. I too purchased suzuki gixxer sf fi for 1.05 lakh on road in 2017. Now it costs 1.5 lakh above ex showroom only. Old is gold. On other side ev pickup some 3-5 years to refine their products, charging infrastructure. Meantime we maintain our gold ones.

The King is back! This will be a hit but Pulsar needs to provide more features to the 160 and 250. Some cosmetic changes will be welcome as well.

At this price point one should definitely consider Apache RTR 160 2V or Hero Xtreme 160r which are far better in terms of performance and Fuel efficiency.

I think Bajaj could have used this opportunity to introduce a neo-retro pulsar as well along with this variant. Neo-retro is a rage now and they could have used cues from the classic pulsar and made a modern machine. Big twin intrument pod, round headlight with an led DRL, Beefy all metal tank etc

P150 not so much. Most would happily go for the RTR 160. Honestly, the TVS Raider is such a complete product! This is more of a Discover. Nice headlights though.

Bajaj should have launched only single seat variant of P150 with optional rear disc and 120 section tyre. That way it would have been easier for consumers to decide and pick P150 if they want a commuter or P160 if they wish to go for sporty commuter.

I have a Pulsar 125 Neon, and it's design is plain and simply timeless and has it's own charm about it. The new gen design for the Pulsar is a complete departure and I like how it looks. Just that the tyres look little skinny. But Bajaj, can you have a semi fared F150 to rival the Gixxer SF 155?

bajaj is known for skinny tyres ... Often they find it hard for what most of the competition are providing in those tyres.

This is not a pulsar. It is just a puldhokha. TVS is doing a great job in this segment. I am glad that I am real pulsar 150 owner. It sad to note the demise of the great pulsar brand.

It looks like a child born out from Discover and Pulsar N160's unneeded one night stand.

I own this blue beast .. makkhan engine.. good pickup .. good mileage .. sporty commuter .. good for ladies pillion even in top model.. clip on handlebars abd rear disk is added cheese .. purshased in only 131k 😂 .. a little modifications are required .. like a n150's numberplate holder, tyre hugger, dominar 400's wind shield and winglet, front number plate needs to be placed under headlight, after market mirros and led indicators and full crash guards will make this bike perfect.

I💙 it 9kg lighter, refined, wide torque band, practical features. Perfect sporty commuter. #pulsarmania

Maine Pulsar P150 bike 1 feb ko li hai bike ke engine me bahut issue aa raha hai 50 ki speed par exilator khichne par bike bhagti nahi hai aisa lagta hai exilator kaam karna band kar diya ho aur bike jhatke lene lagti hai mujhe to kutch samjh me nahi aa raha hai kya karu aur company ki service bhi achchhi nahi hai main theek karane gaya to unhone abhi tak theek nahi ki hai main to bike leke pachhata raha hai bekar bike hai.

1st gen pulsar to current gen og pulsar they keep on modified and refined. At one time they stopped later keep on changing engines only. Bajaj tried to upgrade here and there to compete todays trends. But bajaj totally revamped design from scratch to launch complete new models. Frankly speaks all new gen pulsars design didnt give wow effect nor muscle looks. Its okish design. This much time taken by bajaj we all eagerly waiting wow factor design. Sadly its slowly satisfying sime customers. Dont know it will hit or miss. Most of the comments its look like hero glamour, old xcd pulsar looks. And bajaj misses todays trend features too. Sooner all ice vehicle eaten up by ev's for sure. On the other side bajaj introduce naked and semi faired version like 250 series it will be sure hit. Something really missing in this pulsar. Bajaj to analyse sales for one year if this pulsar lost in sales figures bajaj to re introduce og pulsar to retain market otherwise it will gone from market.

A year later, the P150 has vanished into thin air.

I just don’t like the looks of new pulsars its ok if they don’t discontinue older models Because 1) older NS160 is faster and Sexier than new N160 2)Older NS200, RS 200, 220F is faster than BOTH N250 and PULSAR P 250 (faired) one And even looks better than new gen pulsars i just don’t understand why They are launching such Downgraded performance and downgraded looks(subjective) Pulsars Even older PULSAR 180 and pulsar 150 looks far better than N150

Poor looks....last gen was better

Few Hours back I took a test ride of this bike in Pune not at all a good bike high maintenance cost and breaking is not at all good though it has ABS still flet it would have been much better and second point is that the 4 value engine has a issue when fill HP, india oil or Bharat pump petrol in the bajaj bikes somethings it suddenly stops and you need remove the Spark plug add some Oil to it then only it will start (Past experience)Bajaj companies RnD is worst only giving good looks to the bikes doesn't increase sales. Bajaj bikes lover no offense but reality is that Bajaj company should understand its common man's hard earned money who invest in Bajaj bikes.
