Send the air to turbo to spin it up, then those turbo power being sent to air-to-liquid intercooler, which is the same way but turn around. Hot damn

Pretty amazing technology, but sounds awfully complicated if something goes wrong. That being said it does look impressive.

how can we tune this engine and car? i heard is not tuneable friendly?

Is it normal for this car to make a noise when you stop the car and the start/stop engages and vice versa ?

Yea

No oil dipstick! That's not good. The dipstick isn't just for checking level. It's also used to check the _condition_ of the oil. A computer can't do that.

But what to do when the techs added too much oil? No tube to suck any out wtf

so there is a turbo AND electric kompressor? and eq boost... sounds like a dream engine, if reliable.

I had this engine and it had potential cylinder head assembly issues very early on. The car will misfire and idle rough. There’s no simple fix either , open heart surgery (engine rebuild) or heart transplant (new engine) were the only options to remedy the issue. $12,000+ in 4 years. Stay away from these cars. Great to lease but that’s it

@@melvinmerlos8771 how often did you change the oil. Only reason I’m asking is because you’re supposed to change it every 5k miles not 10k like the handbook states.

These engines just came out about a year ago. It would be under warranty. So you’re likely talking about another engine. So this is not your engine buddy. That said it is a complicated engine and Mercedes is expecting most of the maintenance to be carried out by dealerships z
