I got VW UP in Thessaloniki for rental. I am a toll man of 187 cm and I was surprised when fit in and drove more, less comfortable. But the sound of motor is awesome like two pistons are trying to jump out of the hood :)

I used to have an up! Tsi with 106hp and 17nM. It is a small rocket. Extremely confortable and economical to drive in roads. It reached 180km/h pretty efortless

Damn, the current gears are even more spaced than on the 2012 60HP model, aren't they? It even loses speed while in 4th.

Its the worst thing about the car its fun to drive and feels nippy until you shift from 2nd to 3rd. It drops like 3k rpm in that one shift which is just stupid you lose all power with one shift and the worst part is that 3rd to 4th only drop like 1k rpm and then 4th to 5th about 500 lol such a useless 5th gear it does like 4k rpm at 130kmh.

Go for the 5th gear man

Difficult route for the 3 cylinder, from Landstuhl to the 'Freisener Höhe' (exit 'Freisen', video ends earlier) it is only uphill, even if it sometimes looks like you are going downhill. Schwierige Strecke für den 3 Zylinder, von Landstuhl bis zur Freisener Höhe (Video endet vorher) geht es nur bergauf auch wenn es teilweise so aussieht, dass man bergab fährt.

What is the use of the support on top of the dash? it doesn't fit a phone there

Also kein Vorteil gegenüber meinem Up mit 44 KW. Ich muss häufig im Windschatten von LKW bleiben weil der Durchzug extrem schwach ist wenn Verkehr von hinten kommt muss ich eben hinterher fahren. Echt nervig und auch der Dreizylinder Sound.

we have some topspeed video with ford f150 here in our channel, and yes its limited at 100 or 105 mph (160-170 kmh)

In fifth gear the car does not accelerate or downhill, what a disgusting gearbox, did they put the golf r6 gearbox in this car or what?

They ruined with a transmission meant for double or triple the Horsepower. The top gears are simply too tall for this engine.

top gears are too short the 5th gear in my car has about 4k rpm at 130kmh the big problem is gap between 2nd and 3rd gear you drop from 6k rpm to like 3.5 its stupid

That's good. I want low rpm on the motorway for low engine wear and better mpg. You can max the car out in 4th gear.

has 5 gears but if you want to go faster than 120 you have to downshift to 4th or 3rd even because of the lack of power. However for most people and city use this car is not bad. Just not an autobahn racer
