I like the specs of the Fortuner Q but I don't like the alloy wheel. In my opinion. Parang mas ok pa yung alloy wheel ng V at G tingnan compare sa Q.

if you dnt need the 4x2, then it will be the Q for me. Although the legender or the Limited looks fantastic, it has a high price. In Toyota, it will feel really good to get the highest spec. However, Q is still a choice with no regrets.

Before we used to have a 2016 fortuner 2.4 V 4x2 white pearl, but unfortunately my dad sold it last year march 2019 😊 And the now the V is totally different from our fortuner 😂 our fortuner V have power taigate, brown leather seat and automatic seat adjuster for driver.

That time there were only 2 variants G and V so V was kind of the top of the line. Now V is just one of the lower variants since they now have the Q and LTD which is the top of the line aside from GRS pa.

The Q variant is like the V variant of the previous year model except it has a 2.8L engine now and the current V variant model is like the G variant of last year model. The current G is same as last year except for roof rail.

G variant -No roof rails -No power liftgate (i think V doesnt also have but Q and LTD have) -No push button start/no smart entry -7 inch display is the stock (needs aftermarket upgrade if you want 8 inch) -Fabric seats only (V is also fabric) -No led fog lamps (the 2017 G had led fog lamps) -No mud flaps -No chrome accents at all (the 2017 G had chrome accents on the bumper and fortuner lettering) -Rotary type climate control -No paddle shifters -No adaptive cruise control If you are going to go for G just dont. Save up for the V and you will get lots of benefits such as an 8 inch display built in, smart entry/push button start, automatic climate control, paddle shifters, adaptive cruise control and many other cool things that the G doesnt have.

For me go for Q variant if you need more power and features but the price is too expensive but worth it and if you compare the prices to the other brands the price of Q variant is same with the top of the line 4x2 of other brands just may point of view and no hate no to brand wars 😇😇😇

The trim should be V, G and E. Since the entry one has a downgraded feature, it should be called Fortuner E.

@SoJoo Nice video and comparo. Considering value for money, do you think the V will be a good choice? The only reason I wanted the V is just because: it is (a) 2.4 engine hence less fuel consumption, (b) it's 360 cam, (c) wireless charging, (d) roof rail, (e) auto climate AC (f) push start and I prefer G's old fashion Rims. It would have been nice if the V have leather seats similar to the Q, but I can have that done outside. I also don't need the other safety tech features in the higher variants. What is your opinion? Do you think I won't regret my decision to buy the V? 감사합니다

Base from the website of Toyota, P2,089,000 for the 2022 Toyota Fortuner 2.8 Q AT.

I prefer the 2018-2020 Fortuner v

Mas okay si V variant if on a bugdet ka.....pero for me mas maganda si Q because of TSS and yung 1GD engine.

I don't like the mugs of q variant

the V was degraded from the previous model. no more power tail gates, chrome linings on the side and most specially the wheels. from 18s down to 17s.

Q Variant has the DRLs it works when thr car is under bright daylight. I was not able to makie it function before.
