So far ito ang the best unbiased review sa forty. Hindi na kailangan class leading features para mebenta that's it lang. Gen3.5 Montero and facelift fortuner are more fun cars to drive especially sa twisties pero comfort Everest terra and mux. The next gen fortuner is promising since mag share sila sa toyota 4runner since the next gen 4runner and fortuner will share platforms same with nxt gen tacoma and hilux.

No offense maganda naman talaga mazda as I am also an owner. Better lang siguro na ang comparison is vs other ladder framed ppvs or SUVs rather than focusing on the mazda cxs. Araw arawin mo sa rough provincial roads ang unibody at may kalalagyan. 😆

The Nissan Terra (and Navara) really edges out its competition in terms of ride comfort and airconditioning unit. The Toyota Fortuner edges out Nissan in terms of better track records in reliability and durability.

Nspaka ganda ang white fortuner...

Of course a unibody like the Mazda cx9 or cx5 will have a better and sportier ride than ladder framed PPVs and SUVs. The advantage of a boxed vehicle however is durability specially off-road. I guess most Pinoys would want that. By the way, I own a terra and an LTD. The Terra's engine (Noise) is not any way near the refinement of this new 2.8 GD engine. Even the transmission of the terra sucks in the city. The ride of the terra is comfy due to softer bushings. Just balance comfort vs durability.

Yes, there’s a button on the steering para sa lane departure warning, pero you can also go to the menu in the multi-info display to change the setting whether you want the yaw assist (yung kumakabig) or just the audible warning. PS: The lane departure warning self-cancels din when you use your turn signals when changing lanes, which is the proper way to drive in the first place. I also say this as a reminder because some drivers turn the feature off so that they can carelessly change lanes without using their turn signals. - Isaac

Even with the tire pressure at 29 to 30? I also own an LTD. The recommended one is 29 but 30 to 32 is firm, not stiff.

Ganda ng lane departure warning na may yaw features para sa mga drivers na ng change lane na d gumagamit ng turn signals. Mga takaw disgrasya.

I admire the Fortuner. I love the 2.8 engine plus the JBL sound system. Though I respect the color choices of every individual, nonetheless, I find that letting the buyer choose only TWO TONE, for the high LTD variant is a BIG MISTAKE. There are 110 million Filipinos. Having said that, hindi lahat ng mga Pinoy ay mahilig sa TWO TONE. Why not follow the GRANDIA wherein buyers do have OPTIONS to choose TWO TONE and SINGLE TONE colors. If I will be asked if bibili ba ako sa TWO TONE na FORT, I will flatly decline. Ayoko ng TWO TONE especially BLACK ON TOP. I love Batman. Pero sa SUV, ayoko na parang si batman ang sasakyan ko. Again, opinion ko lang to. I am just voicing my opinion. I respect color choices ng mga buyers. Pero, siguro, may maraming kagaya ko na "turn-off" sa mga two tone especially black on top. Sana, mabigyan ng Toyota ng SINGLE TONE choices ang mga probable buyers ng LTD. Nila. Peace.

It is not difficult for TOYOTA to give buyers color choices gaya ng ginawa nila sa Grandia wherein may two tone at single tone na option ang buyer. Again, no offense meant. i respect your color choice po.

Buy the Q trim then. Di ko alam bakit andaming ayaw sa LTD when you can opt for the Q variant. After all same lang yung features and yung engine. Kaya two tone ang ltd is because theyre leaning towards the sporty looks and not the classy executive ones.

Best selling in its class, okay But best in its class for features, price and other things considered? Perhaps it was never even there. And I own a 2017 Fortuner.

Pagudpud-Manila, Pangasinan-Manila, Subic-Manila, etc., hindi naman. He's right- it's firm, not matagtag. Not car-like, but firm. The ride comfort of the LTD is not the same as the ride comfort of the pre-facelifted, 2nd gen version i.e. 2018, etc., and definitely better than the 1st gen's. Even Autodeal's review said this in their recently-launched comparo. I was actually wondering if those reviews/reviewers checked the tire pressure because if it goes above 32, then yes, the ride isn't refined. The recommended psi is 29 but 30 is just right. I own a 2021 LTD and this is my experience.

Kung puro kayo reklamo regarding sa tagtag then mag invest kayo ng aftermarket suspensions na applicable sa fortuner ganon lang dami sa labas many to choose.

Matagtag pag hindi nasa recommend spec ang tire pressure ng fortuner. Dapat 29psi lang siya okay na ride niya compared sa previous forty

i thought its just me who noticed it

It is one of the best SUV in the market today, and always on top when it comes to rankings. The 2021 Fortuner LTD has the state of the start Exterior, Interior, Engine, Tech Features and Ride comfort. If may isang bagay man akong masasabi kay Fortuner LTD is medyo matagtag talaga sya even the previous models. Normal na yan sa Fortuner, what is a expected to a PPV car is a bouncy ride and the Fortuner is not exempt from that. Hindi mo kailangang magpalit ng shocks as what others advice. Mas okay parin yung all stock ka lalo na kung kababago palang at wala pang 5 years or 10 years yung car mo, kung hindi kailangan, wag na lang magpalit. Fortuner is one of the top selling vehicle in the market today, kung issue talaga yung shocks dahil sa matagtag sya, hindi na yan sana nag top sa market, even in other countries 😊

For me everest yung pinaka the best ride and comfort kahit sa 2nd and 3rd row seat. na test ko na kasi montero GT, mu x old model ls-e, terra VL, yung everest na test ko was the base model pero pinaka comfortabli sa lahat but yung pinili namin is fortuner pa din, kasi toyota nga. Kung mg ford kasi kami, meron kasi issue dun sa reliability at maintenance price. Depende na din sa buyers kung anu prefer nila. Lahat nman magaganda at maporma pero lahat meron din downside at issues.
