ARP Yamato is no more available for purchase and neither is Musashi. BTW, best 115€ I've ever spent for this game without actually buying anything game breaking, may be because it does not start with an "S" (Slava, Stalingrad, Smolensk... )

Great explanations of ships strengths and weaknesses! When I watch Flamu play, its like watching the pros play a sport, it makes me think I can go out and play that ship well...but alas...potato I am....😂 I consider my room to improve the real challenge of the game..

In soviet Russia: weaknesses are the strengths. But what would you expect with paper ships? No one really knows how the ships will be so they can speculate everything and everyone knows about that bias

@@robertandrews6915 doesnt make sense. Montana, Republique, Hindenburg, Zao, Kurfuerst ...... more then half of the T9 and T10 ships are paper ships which never existed. Out of the german carriers none ever existed, only Graf Zeppelin was built to some degree, but never finished. Afair Azuma and Yoshino were never build either. So if "none-existence" was the excuse, then T10 would look like magical battles of absence of natural laws (out of the T10 ships only Worcester, Des Moines and Yamato actually existed)

@@orztaku lot of the other tier 10 ships though either were in the final design stages or were about to be built, while soviets were sketch designs up and down the tech tree that they didn't have the capability to even make.

you should have recommended Vanguard, you get to do everything one dreams of like crying over the decline of your empire and that's about it. It could also be considered a off brand yacht for the royal family.

Every time I watch your videos I learn something. Nice job.

Im so glad the Mainz is on this list. It is the first premium I bought and I love that its getting some attention.

I would like to note that just like one can get the "Jean bart B" during the black friday event, "Alaska B" and "Massachusetts B" are and will be available during the event. Also, i would not be surprised if WG decides to release a "Georgia B".

Cossack is easily one of the strongest destroyers in the game relative to tier. It can farm BBs for fires upon fires upon fires as well as wreck enemy DDs.

Slava is one of those strong ships that I never have a problem with. I’ve never been outright slapped by a slava when I wasn’t doing something insanely stupid or risky. So I never really thought of it as that strong, but I guess with the state of the casual player base it is very strong. Same story with the new Petro actually.

Yes! Mass is one of my most used ships, and even I went 'hang on what ship is this??' it was so crazy. The Lenin video was great as well.

He made one just last year and only two lines have been added since then so just use that one Maybe in 2022 with some more lines plus submarines he can do an updated one

Know what a good counter is against FDR? MvR. MvRs planes are too fast for the attack planes of the FDR and its AA cannot really deal with the MvRs planes either. So if you wanna end FDR quickly have an MvR focus it for like 3 rocket strikes roughly and it is dead.

So glad I just got the 4th of the recommended ships from last year for $0 of my own money. Used to buy ships, signals, premium time, not anymore, my personal feelings is that WG doesn't giving a rat's *** about the players so why give them money (your opinions may vary, and that is your's to have) Thankfully, there is one ship I'd like to have Ohio (I doubt I will ever get it) and the other that interests me (lenin) I already have. Thanks to Flamuu for a very good video.

When CC's were telling players not to buy the Marceau in 2020, I was laughing. That thing has powerful strengths and I'm so glad I picked it up.

@@garrettledford1147 It’s not bad honestly. Got it almost a year ago or so and it performs well once you get comfortable with the armor. It’s hydro allows you to be aggressive and it’s torps allow for you to brawl. The guns aren’t quite as accurate as Alaska’s but they have better velocity and will net you some nice damage. It’s no Siegfried but it’s still a strong ship.

That Mainz gameplay looked a bit like Austin. The ship was just strangely fast. BTW, nice to see more variety to this list, half of the last year's list was just one country. Talk about Russian bias... Oh wait

Watching the Mainz part at 1,5x youtube speed is quite fun :)

I am so torn between Somers, Stalingrad and Bourgogne for my first Steel Ship. I know Somers is a bit of an inferior choice, but lately I kind of became a DD main and I fear Somers won't be available ever again, and I already have Moskva and Petro -otherwise Stalingrad would be my first choice, for sure. Hello, Can you please show me what crosshairs you use when your aiming at any enemy ship? And if would please tell us why you picked the crosshairs that you use in your battles. Reason i am asking you this for a long time i have been having a very hard time aiming at any ships and i using any ship and get even a citadel hit on any ship that i am firing at but if i do get get a citadel hit trust me when i say it was pure luck. I really need to find a crosshairs that i can use so i can get more hits. If you would please do this for me i will be very very thankful. Thank you M8

Roma can be really nice, but can also be very painful to play with the terrible dispersion plus a pretty good tendency to overpen broadsides. Wasn't long ago I was playing Littorio (which we all know is Roma reskinned) and a freaking Albemarle was sitting stationary, full broadside, and I could not hit him 8km away. Braindead crap like that made we wish that at least one shell was always guaranteed to go exactly where I aim, cuz that was ridiculous. I fired at him three times. Finally got the citadel on the third shot which made him decide to move behind an island after sitting there free farming me for 90 seconds. RNG is strong with her to say the least.

Just got the Thunderer and it's absolutely filthy 14 fires in my first game

you know whats funny is that alaska is a monster that as 27mm bow, in the console she has 32m bow, as does the worcester, only in the PC game do they want HE and Overmatch spam

i might be wrong, but didnt they announce that Ohio is being removed at the same time as Massachusets? or maybe i just miss remember

Really sucks that I stopped playing and I wasn't able to get a thunderer and smaland. I really want to get a good dd, finally working on the tech tree ones but I haven't found the perfect dd, I do enjoy the lightning and if it had like 10km torp range I think it would be great. 8k is just to short for my liking

I ended up selling my Florida. I got uptiered so often it got annoying that I nearly quit playing wows. I loved the Florida when it was on PT, but when it was released just like you said it had zero armor. I've been citadeled in so many ways, even in cover, it's useless imo.

Have you ever considered that whether or not someone would want a ship may also be determined by whether that ship is a PR sink or not? There are so many very powerful ships on your list, such as Slava, but the fact that it is a RB ship, in combination with it’s insane accuracy, means that anybody that plays it and isn’t a Super Unicum is going to loose massive amounts of PR. Similar situation for Borgone.

... So take bad tech ships and learn to play them well? Actually not a bad idea, but certainly a frustrating one. PR is only one metric and it doesn't tell you how much fun you are having. PR is really only a consideration if you want to get into one specific clan. Even stat shamers usually don't appeal to this metric.

@@thomasfleming8415 Well, fun is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I’d rather not sacrifice so much PR for a few really fun games. I got the Somners 6 months ago and have only been able to play it in CB for the sake of not lowering PR.

Marceau has the BEST torpedo angles of the tier ... or at all except maybe the V-25 ...

@@mrSaber79 No mention of Atlanta (by the way, the most decorated USS ship of WW2 was the San Diego light Cruiser who was actually a Atlanta class ship) being in your List Flamu? this AND the new version of "Vanguard"...check its spec Vs its tier 8 competitor BB...;-) It has the best overall attribute than even the Massachussets/Bismarck. So why did Flamu not include it in is Best ten?

Eh its a Kaga. IJN and KM CV planes (except MvR) are fodder for anything with decent AA.

Sad Atago is not on the list. Really fun ship to use (bought it weeks ago, never had so much fun using it), especially when flanking stuff and kiting away from fire Not to mention the HE is insane

except they will be removed from the shop in the 0.10.1 update, so no buying them with anything. though I suppose if you get lucky with x-mas or super-containers you might be able to still get them later

Forget florida (it sucks) but go with Vanguard ...way superior ship, its only little flaw is the rear gun angle fire...in order to get 8 shells out they force ur broadside to expose itself a bit too much..

It would be nice to show us all type of ship premium and not for tier8. I wish to buy a good one for the new game mods. like maybe 2 from each types. I am more about cruiser and destroyer with good firepower and fast loading.

Flamu, you should have replace the Florida with the Littorio...replace the Roma for the Vanguard and add the Prinze Eugen (the best tier for tier Premuim in the game)

indeed, great BB...but really the German Tier 5-6-7-8 Cruisers line are overall better ship (best Torpedos lunchers in the Game for their Tiers) to enjoy...;-)
