Observing some areas that seem somewhat a miss to me. #1 has to do with the batt insulation. My use requirements is for extreme heat and cold temps, and I've had other RVs which lacked proper insulation, so I am paying special attention to this area. Take example at 26:00 in the video and see how hit & miss the batting is, leaving void areas with no insulation at all. Seems there is little effort to ensure the unit is 100% insulated. Also nothing done to prevent the batts from sliding down over time, especially given the road vibration and unit movement. 3" walls with insulation gaps make for rather large voids. #2 gluing the outside onto the unit, observe somewhat random pressure bracing and vast areas that have no pressure bracing. Leaves you hoping/guessing what sections actually stuck to the studs firmly and which areas are marginally adhered. #3 given my usage intent, I'd like to see the aluminum studs all foam injected and not left as voids. When it's 0F outside, you will know what I mean. Overall I think this product looks pretty good, but the above are some gaps I am uncomfortable with.

Love the Riverstone units but please stop using carpet in the slides. It looks cheap and at this price point there should be zero carpet.

Great video of the riverstone, the issue with the insulation sliding down in the side walls and front cap over time and from vibration from the roads raises a concern with me, and the other is the position of the auto leveling control unit being so far in and in the second compartment back from the front of the coach, could it be maybe put in it's own compartment closer to the front, in the battery compartment, or be mounted to the inside of the battery compartment door so that when you are un- hooking from the tow vehicle, you can easily operate the controls while checking clearance issues due to ground settling.

I live in a 39’ heartland and it’s nice, but would love to trade it in on a big Riverstone. FYI, a “hardwood “ is a broad leafed tree such as oak or hickory,,, yes you are using actual wood however it’s pine, fir or an Alder. Just saying

Awesome tour! I figured I'd skim through this, Nope... I watched complete beginning to end! Absolutely fascinating look at how it's built. Looking to buy one next spring! Super informative, and the best advertising you can do. Great job hosting, I hope I can talk the wife into a factory tour.

👍👍 Very good tour. You covered a lot of information that people need in order to become more educated on the difference between quality built and inferior. Cost cutting is sometimes needed in order to reduce weight well not producing an inferior product.

I purchased a 2021 FSKG and we are loving it so far. Is it possible for you to do a video and talk about cold weather. Do the tank heaters help keep the under belly where the water lines are ran warm ? I’m just wondering just how well we are insulated. I know in the summer heat down in south Texas we can stay nice and cool. The biggest complaint would be the wet bay. Worst design ever with the water and cable wire going through the door itself. So everytime I have to access the area to dump the holding tanks. I have to fight it to get it opened and closed again. There is also no heat vent in the area to keep it warm in the winter months.

Some of those welds look iffy & have buckshot. How are the frames painted? Are they blasted & primered with zinc?

Great video to a great product. Just a little question about the insulation under the front cap. I’ve noticed there were big areas between struts not insulated. I currently own a 2018 rockwood 2604ws and the Bedroom always seems cold. I’m now wondering if that would be an issue with the riverstones as well ? I’m currently working towards my goal to go full time in a high end unit like the River stone in Canada. Good solid and sealed insulation is obviously crucial. Also, there is a manufacturer which is working close with their clients. If I had a breakdown down the road they would send me the parts to wherever I am. Does the river stone division offer a similar service ? What about a after hours phone service ? It’s very painful to get work done to my rockwood as my dealer claims everything has to go through them.

Great Video Nick, I would like to see more info on the Anderson water bay system.. There isn't any info coming from the factory on this system. I had to call Anderson about How to operate the system. we own a 42 FSKG and have had other Manufacturers products in the past, We believe in this Riverstone. We are putting a factory Tour on our VERY ASAP BUCKET LIST...How do we gain that info of coming there for A Tour? My beef is the rear bed , The motors are to small, and we have had some problems with this design..Also there needs to be light switches for the reading lights ,so you don't have to use the APP, or get out of bed to turn those off..... Thanks for your time Allan& Peggy Eaves

Great video! We have the 39FK but are wanting more storage and are thinking about trading ours for the TH version. We are really needing something w/an office/work area…… any plans for a BH Legacy Edition? It’s hard to consider anything else after you own QUALITY and there’s really only a couple other brands that are of the same quality but much pricier!!! Thnx!!! (Or a TH w/access to the garage from the inside).

10:25 Wtf? just little cheap folded pieces of aluminum strips that are bend in a 90 degree angle and that hold the struts together with a couple of screws? There's no way that i would buy a piece of shit like this.
