Been needing a winch installed on our 2021 Polaris Ranger 500 midsize side-by-side so I can mount a snow blade on it. The little tractor mower I have wasn't up to the task. It did okay on the concrete drive pad but the rock driveway it had a very hard time with. So I purchased a Wild Boar front bumper for it so the winch can mount on the top of the bumper instead of inside the stock bumper that came on the Ranger. This video is about the installation of the bumper only and I'll have the video of the winch installation shortly after this one is up and running. This was a really easy install and didn't take very long at all. When I got the box though it did have some rough areas and the hardware that was suppose to be in it was MIA. So I went and bought my own hardware that will be much stronger then what they provide as I bought grade 8 stuff when I could. I also used some of the factory bolts that I took off the frame too. Overall I'm pretty happy with this bumper and the only negative I have would be the opening of the hood. It doesn't open anywhere near what it did with the factory bumper. but I'll live with that and deal with it when I need to. Now I wait for the snow blade to arrive and get that put together so I can be ready for the next big snow storm when we get it.
