Great jobs b oj the video sir! It is a grind breaking approach beyond say Alaskan Campers. But one point of clarification. The Dry Weight is below 1500. With water, batteries and propane the truck owner would be pushing 1800 pounds not counting people and gear. Thus I would suggest a Ford 150 with Heavy Duty Payload Package (not max tow) as the safest half ton to haul this beautiful product. Merry Christmas and Hapoy Holidays to you and all the folks chatting here.

I like this company's modern style and features, but I'm dead set on getting a pop-up camper. They should seriously think about adding a pop-up to their lineup. Hard siders are too tall and heavy when wet, especially for a 1/2 ton truck.

Yep! This is NOT a half-ton camper and the way NuCamp markets the 620 is deceptive. NuCamp markets this as a half-ton camper but a 3/4 ton is required. The 620, wet weight, passengers, equipment is well in excess of the plate load on a half ton. If you put a 620 on a F-150 you will exceed the maximum load and void any warranty. The Cirrus 620 requires an F-250 which is really upsetting given the false marketing that the 620 works on a half ton. Not true.

Way too expensive. Given the category of super light (that was the most popular going way back to 70s too). the quantity should drop price.. end up one of those campers you see everywhere, even into the 3/4 and 1 tons. I hope they trend onward. Very smart stuff. a selling point is half tons using less fuel...smaller diffs/engines etc.
