True, but they're typically pretty cheap and fun to collect.

I hate the fact they are DVD, but, if you enjoy the movies you got, keep on doing what you're doing. You support physical media, and that's all I can ask for.

I really limit my DVD purchases. I'd say over 95% of what I get is Blu-ray or 4K. But every once in a while, the DVD makes more sense or is the only option.

@@AdventuresintheNerdCave I feel you. Beverly hills ninja is only on DVD. On of my favorites. I also had to get the dragon ball z movies lord slug and coolers revenge on VHS because the DVD and Blu rays removed the original music by Deftones and disturbed. Also 'crayola kids adventures' only ever came out on VHS. So sometimes older versions are the best. Oh, and Robin Williams 'bicentennial man' is only on DVD I believe.

Honestly I prefer getting dvd, I’ll only get a blu ray if director cuts/ uncuts/ special editions and so-on are only on blu ray. I don’t see the hype behind blu ray at all

I know there’s a price difference in the upgrades but it’s universally worth it to at least get full HD, unless it’s something you don’t watch much.

Yea, but I think it depends on the movie and price point. Do I need to spend $25+ on a standard bare bones studio bluray of a random 80s comedy (Just One of the Guys)? If it were an $8.99 Mill Creek bluray or some amazing special edition of a movie I love, then sure. I just think upgrading for the sake of upgrading can be an expensive slippery sloap. But hey, it's just my opinion.

In my experience The snap cases always break where the disc goes. I like the way they look but the disc holder part always breaks and then I’m worried about the disc getting scratched.

I will eventually need to do that. You'll see in the next few videos that I have a few duplicates, some I definitely don't need but others I'll never get rid of (Lost Boys). Thanks for checking out the video!

I buy very little DVDs now and have gotten rid of a lot that I have upgraded. Regardless, lots of people have more than I do, so zero offense taken. Keep up the collecting!
