👁 About this video : In today's video we take a look at the new 2021 Mercedes Benz GLS 580! This is a very practical SUV and offers so much from being able to tow, fit six people comfortably and even has all the tech and safety features you could need or want! The exterior on this Mercedes has nice lines and this model has the upgraded 23'' wheels which have a very nice design to them! The interior is really where this SUV shines, all of the materials are premium feeling from the leather and brushed aluminum to the trim pieces! This even has the ambient lighting and feels so luxurious! This model also has the adaptive suspension which provides it with a great ride no matter what driving mode the SUV is in and it has the ability to raise and lower at the push of a button! This can be great for extra ground clearance or getting in and out! The camera system is amazing and provides a great view around the entire car! The handling is great for the weight and the power is crazy! For such a big SUV it can get up and move! If you need the space and capabilities, the Mercedes Benz GLS 580 is a great options, having both the luxurious interior and the performance under the hood!

Despite this being such a big vehicle it's still quite stylish. Perfect for providing sufficient space if you've got a bunch of kids and dealing with baby mama drama 😁😄

It definitely has some nice lines for the size of it for sure! It has a ton of space and I'd rather have this Mercedes Benz over a minivan! Much more stylish and powerful!

Europe mainly gets the GLS400d, which is an inline six diesel with 330hp and 700nm of torque. But we also get the GLS580, but I think only for certain European countries like the Netherlands and Germany. They don’t sell the GLS580 over the English Channel.

Mercedes Benz definitely has a lot of great options for their SUV's!
Doesn't the Merc GLE have a seven seat configuration and much cheaper than the GLS ?? Should I go for that ??

I believe it does. But it's still a smaller vehicle overall. So it wont have the space behind the 3rd row like this does. So just depends on your needs
Interesting to see AMG steering wheel on GLS580 - can you post the window sticker for this? I want to see the option code used to get this steering wheel for 580. And great vid. Thanks!

I don't have the window sticker on this! But I'm sure you could ask your local Mercedes dealer about it! I know this one didn't have many options for it, so that might be standard.

@@leizhu9527 No it’s not standard for 580. Please check the configurator and talk to your dealer. It needs to custom ordered at the build and the dealer can do that. This information is for US.

This is a very nice, very competent large SUV. My only criticism is that for more than 100K, the interior should have a greater wow factor. This interior is very bland compared to the X7. I think Mercedes should do so hard work in this area but overall this is great choice if you need a large SUV.

Interesting to hear that perspective. Mercedes is usually at the top for interiors and the tech! With Audi being right behind and then BMW, which is more sporty and gives you all you need!

Size Larger Than a Ford Explorer

I think this is slightly larger than the Ford Explorer, but the explorer is a 7 seater and this is a 6, but you have more space in the second row for this Mercedes!
It’s nice but for a six figure luxury SUV I’d rather have a Tesla Model X or an Audi SQ7

So I'm wearing normal shorts and a branded shirt with our logo, seems fine to me. When it's summer time and the temps are very hot, I'm not going to over dress. But we have thought about making polos with our logo, so maybe we'll do that.
