For an entry-level motorhome, this has most of the premium features you would like to have in a motorhome. No washer and dryer, but those are usually small capacity in an RV. Going to a laundromat (or using relatives’ washer and dryer 😉) usually works better. You can wash everything at once, too, in a laundromat. Great video. Thanks for the overview!

Love the new look, But I'm not a fan of the TV on the side and the dinette. Can I add a washer and dryer to that back cabinet in the bedroom or can I remove the dinette table and put a side-by-side washer and dryer in it's place.. Is there Room for a cat litter box? Can you replace the jackknife couch and replace it with theater seats? You really need to put the city water under lock and key. Why didn't you put the city water in the wet bay? I love the smaller class A coach's 28/29' long, I wish you had the washer dryer prepped in a back closet At least given you the option. One more item but I don't see this ever coming out at least for a while wouldn't it be nice to have the shower hook up at the front door, so when you come in with dirty feet you can actually wash it off at the door.

Unfortunately we do not have an option to add a washer/dryer in this floorplan. We do have the Fleetwood Fortis that has an optional washer/dryer. Also this floorplan does not have an option for a theater seat. This floorplan is very compact, and a great small floorplan, but unfortunately it limits the options available.

Good video. I like the tile work in the kitchen and of coruse the Ford chassis and new powertrain. Nice to see Fleetwood doing more detailed videos. I do question the 4000 QG (30 amp) generator in a 50 amp coach. Can you provide more detail on that? Thanks

This unit comes standard with 1 a/c unit. Seems that if you get the 2nd optional a/c unit, you would also get the 5500 genny. 2nd a/c is optional, 5500 generator is optional.

It needs a larger touchscreen monitor for the driver with car play or android auto

This really caught me off guard as everything I read before I brought mine was that Apple CarPlay was part of the system...however come to find out it wasn’t which really ticked me off

This is my RV of choice and will most likely be purchasing within the year. I do have a few questions. Approx, what is the cost of the following options. 2nd AC unit, 5500 Generator, Partial Paint on the outside and solar panels to run the entire coach. Also do all of the compartments on the outside of the coach lock? Thanks so much and I’m obsessed with this RV. I can’t wait to get mine.

Glad to hear you love the Flair. The Dual A/C with 5500 watt generator is a $2,558 option. The partial paint option is $4,573. We do not have an option for solar panels to run the entire coach. You would need to check with an after market supplier/installer on something like this. We do have a pre-wired connection for an mobile/portable solar panel in the luggage compartment.

Nice unit, however I think it's pretty sad that the rep doesn't know the length of the unit. According to Flair's website this unit is 31' not 29' long.

Bill, The floorplan is a 29M. The Overall Exterior Length is 31'. If you look at any floorplan by any manufacture you will realize the Model number does not dictate the Overall Exterior Length. If you have any other questions on the Flair 29M I would be glad to help. Thanks - Mike -

So i bought the 2021 fleetwood Flair 29M and I LOVE it. I do have one question, is there a way to stop all the banging around with the drop down bunk when i hit the smallest of bumps? It sounds like the entire thing is going to fall down. The dogs freak out. Thanks

I use Google chrome cast dongles which plug in the usb and then I can run all my apps through on to the TV

I see the dimensions for this RV list 102". Is that with the slide in or out please?

The 29M has seat belts at the sofa as well as the dinette, there are a total of 6 seat belts.

Just wanted to update everyone on our 29M after 5000 miles of use on this 2021 Flair 29M with the 2020 new Ford F53 chassis The Good... 1. Love the floor plan and works really nice for my wife and I 2. The AC and heat are great and have send both during our trips 3. Interior colors are really nice and we are very happy 4. The Ford V8 7.3 engine is really good. It has plenty of power and what I really like about it is the engine braking gown down steep hills. Really feels safe. Getting about 9 mpg fully loaded up 5. Overall very happy with the RV as advertised The Bad... 1. I know this is an entry level RV but we have had it back to the dealer twice to fix a great deal of little items e.g. a lot of things loose, tears in seats and sofa, heat ducts blocked and a bunch more I won’t bore you with....initial build quality out of factory really needs improvement 2. Fleetwood RV dealer does not touch any of the Ford chassis for warranty repairs...you have to go to Ford dealers which I did not know 3. Rear anti-sway bar bushing literally fell out so it was metal on metal for a while

Also the noise that it makes when hitting the smallest of bumps. Thanks for any insight. This is my first RV and I do love it but only have gone out twice. @@troyp.4640 Hi Troy ...here are my comments on your issues: 1) Noise over bumps - generally the ride is pretty good but yes you can get noises over bumps. I think this comes down to the 29M being an entry level Class A and the price point. I googled a lot on Class A rides and unless you have a higher quality e.g. Tiffin or something with air suspension, I think this might be the norm. One problem I had is that the rear stabilizer bar bushing dropped out completely ! I had it replaced under warranty. This spring I am going to upgrade my 29M with front and rear Sumo springs, rear track stabilizer, and a front Steer Safe stabilizer system. Based on googling I’m hoping this will improve the ride but won’t know until around late April. We took about 6 trips last year and to be honest I am less tired driving the 29M than I would be my wife’s Mercedes ! One trip was Chicago-Montana-Chicago over 3000 miles and thoroughly enjoyable. 2) Vague steering - my steering is quite tight and comfortable and I don’t have much wander at all. However, always looking to improve so hopefully the Steer Safe stabilizer will help. I think you may have a problem the factory should fix It sounds like you may have some warranty issues. I had a lot of quality issues, which I would highly recommend you take it back to the dealer, and if they are a good dealer, they won’t hesitate in fixing everything. One thing to keep in mind is that Fleetwood dealers do not fix anything to do with the Ford Chassis, so anything on the chassis has to be done by a Ford truck dealer, again if it’s warranty related your good. Make sure you use up your 1 yr warranty as much as you can ! I have a dog who hates driving in the car...we tried here in the RV and absolutely not for her ! The bottom line is that the 29M had the best floor and size for my wife and I (i drove mine around the right back streets of Jackson Hole with no problems). However, if I can afford a Tiffin or similar with air suspension in a couple years we will ! Hope all this helps and have ‘em fix everything !

Is the Carplay feature standard on the 29M?

We apologize, it does have an upgraded Sony stereo, but is not Carplay compatible. The stereo does allow for a bluetooth connection to your smart phone for audio.

Have they improved the amount of cabinet space below the sink to accommodate a trash can?
